Stayed here as a stop over driving to Sydney, was surprised at how beautiful the room was and how comfortable the bed was. Everything was really clean and well presented.
Staff were lovely and room service was great.
Enjoyed it so much here that we stayed again on our drive home from Sydney. We arrived quite early to the area on our second stay and the staff member was so kind to let us check in quite early. Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend

What a truly wonderful gem, the moment we arrived we were met with a wonderful welcome and super easy check in was also lucky enough to arrange a late check out. The rooms are so clean and massive the king bed was crazy comfy. The vibe of the room is epic full of wonderful colours and design. Close to everything you need and super amazing staff can not recommend enough and will be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice, modern rooms and a comfortable bed. Nice reception staff as well and my only gripe is they really pump the heaters in the lobby. Other than that, definitely recommend.

Went for a couple of beers after having some games of bowling next door. We literally had 2 beers. The little blonde lady behind the bar was extremely rude to my partner when he who used to work in the industry asked if the chocolate porter was any good? And then when I got the second round had to walk to several different areas of the bar cause she just plonked the drink where it was poured instead of bringing it back to where we pay for it. Then our friend went to get a third round for us all, (my partner bringing our glasses back to help out accidentally cracked the bottom one) and then our friend was refused for my partner cracking a glass. I went to get some drinks then was told I couldn’t even get a shout for the others so told them not to worry why would I waste my money on a place with such rude service. They then cleaned the tables with people there wiping the grubby water off the tables onto the floor. Disgusting service! If you don’t want to serve people till 3 am despite us being there at 11 then don’t be open till 3.

It was quiet during our stay even with being fully booked. A lot of tradies staying here. Great hotel with large bottle shop and bistro next door (parking for bistro and bottle shop out the front and accommodation parking out the back). Close to shops and Esplanade, flat for walking.

Enjoyed the food and kids area. Nice clean toilets. Food took like 5-10 minutes to our shock! It was wonderful ?
