Coolum Waves provided the perfect place for our family catch up. It housed two families including a grandparent (total 9 people) plus two dogs beautifully. Everyone had their own space and there was always something to keep everyone entertained even in the wet weather we experienced. The house is really clean and extremely well equipped. It was wonderful to have all the little extra things like detergents and pantry/household items left for our use too. The pool table and table tennis was fantastic and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach.
Really was a home away from home. Thanks for a great stay and such friendly service. We will definitely be back and would contact Alison at PetFriendly Holidays for any future holiday house rentals.

Stayed here for two weeks, holiday was lovely as they are. Pool was amazing.
The neighbours home is being renovated (not owners fault of course) so banging and sawing waking us up in the morning and throughout the day whilst trying to relax in the pool.

Greeted when we got there with a greased baked oven, took two days of soaking and oven cleaner spray to get it off, and informed the owner got an apology from them which is fine is suppose, two days explains how bad it was. The oven was tiny, can't see how it's able to accommodate that many people. Tiles cracked right throughout the house, with grout missing on several sections. Cockroaches found dead each morning and several seen scurrying around at night. Blinds had mold on, under the beds and recliner (which didn't work) was shocking, there was very thick dust and spider webs on the windowsil in the main bedroom. Knowing how dirty the house was (apart from general vacuum and mopping of viewable areas which was done prior to arrival so the house smelt of bleach so appeared clean).
I was unable to fully relax (OCD kicking in, but didn't she why I had to drag everything out and clean the house we paid alot of money for... felt ripped off everyday). Spiders right through the home on the architrave/ ceiling.

The feedback book had lots of ripped out pages.

It's definitely not worth the price we paid for.

The dog also acquired flees whilst there poor thing, the second time in her life, the first was at a holiday home.

The house felt like it needed a good end of rental clean that has to be done when you rent a normal home.

We have used this company for four prior holidays and this holiday home let them down. We have one more to stay at and then we have stay at all of their homes.

Perfectly situated - within walking distance of the beach, Coles, Woolworths and all the amazing coffee shops and cafes. House was perfect and had everything we needed and it was a massive bonus being able to bring our dog along. Ashlee was really lovely to deal with and we will definitely be booking a holiday here again.
