My husband, myself and two of our kids stayed for the night. The beds were very clean and comfortable, the whole unit overall was in well maintained condition with everything in perfect working order. Initial service came with a smile and was super friendly and we won't hesitate to return or to recommend 😀

Staff were very helpful and friendly, I booked the wrong dates online, one phone call and it was fixed. The room was clean and had good amenities. We had room 20 and found the bathroom a little tired, but still good value. Colin

It's OK. Not terrible, not great. I couldn't tell if my door was locked when I was inside the room and there was no remote for the TV in the bedroom. The reception staff were friendly and there was enough parking.

This was a last minute booking for 6 days and it was under" budget accommodations" which I wasn't expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised to see how big it was and the appliances in this cabin eg washing machine, cooking element, large tv, and all your appliances. would absolutely recommend this accommodation which is under colonial motel but is located at sunnybank hills caravan park. And it was quiet too😊. Oh the air conditioner located in the bedroom was a bit weak but we did have heatwave at the time.

Coopers Colonial Motel is amazing. The service my husband and I received for our wedding was amazing. The staff went that extra mile to ensure we had a great day and great night. Everyone commented on how great the food was. And even the people with food allergies were happy that the staff were able to attend to them with back up amazing food. I can not rate this place high enough it's definitely 10 out of 10

Its not the Ritz, but all I needed was a place to rest my head. So did.the job. Aircon worked and was clean. Pool was.there to cool off.

We took the last room of the night, good service with key waiting in the room. Room was very adequate for our needs, but slightly dated..reflected in pricing. Great central location and quiet. Recommend this place

Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best, we stayed in the family room. Room definitely needs an upgrade. Had small cockroach’s 🤢 air conditioning barely worked and to top it off we went out for 3 hours and put the sign that asked for the room to be made (the cleaners saw us and were in the room near by when we left) yet when we came back the cleaners didn’t come in how disappointing what is the point of a sign yet the cleaners don’t care

You basically get what you pay for
