So good. Stayed there for 4 nights with my partner in a room and used the shared bathroom and it was really good. Toilets and showers were clean and in the showers they had shampoo and body wash (I used my own I brought with me).
Room was a nice sized bed, it had a ceiling fan to keep us cool and a small little fridge to put some stuff in our room if we wanted to instead of the shared fridge which was fine.
The kitchen was really good, clean utensils and stocked with some oils and extras so you don't need to worry if you don't have.
Location was walking distance from the town and the beach.
I would recommend staying here.

While the accommodation was basic the bed was so comfortable and the shower was really good. There is limited parking at the accommodation but plenty of street parking was available. There was a fully stocked communal kitchen and lounge area for all rooms to use. The location right in the main street of Coolum Beach is very convenient. There are many eating options in Coolum Beach not far from the accommodation. A very pleasant stay.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the attitude of the manager. We made a booking mistake, but instead of finding a reasonable solution, we found it impossible to have a constructive conversation with her. Unfortunately, this left us with no choice but to sleep outside, exposed to mosquitos and other insects. I had always heard that Queenslanders are among the friendliest people in Australia, but this experience was a stark contrast to that expectation. 0% recommended!

Terrible motel experience. It’s impossible to get a decent night’s sleep here. The room was unbearably hot with no air conditioning, and to make things worse, the door to the room wouldn’t even close properly. The manager was absolutely rude and unhelpful. I never met anyone as awful in my 5 months in Australia. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Cute and quaint budget accommodation. Very airy and clean. Perfect for the budget conscious. Everything you need, shared bathroom. Off street parking. Close walk to clubs, pubs, beach and cafes.

Very inappropriate & unprofessional manager. The beds are terrible. The shared bathrooms are clean, and the location is an easy walk to the beach. Staying here would be ok if you’re desperate but I’d recommend avoiding this motel if you can.

This is among the most adequate establishments I have ever spent the night in. Words cannot describe the level to which I was neither overawed, nor disappointed by the experience. I would be more than happy to get exactly what I paid for again in the future.

Never seen a rude and disrespectful staff like the lady she was there. She closed the door whilst the guest on the door slamming it hard, as if we were staying on free. Not recommended.f
