I can't recommend The Beach Retreat Coolum highly enough. The staff were absolutely lovely, super helpful and accommodating.
The room was very clean
I could park right next to the lift - super convenient to carry my belongings to and from the room
Close to all amenities I needed
Sauna was great - view was stunning
Everything was amazing! Thank you so very much!

I booked a room for my parents to stay in. I visited reception as I had to take some groceries upstairs to my parents.
The reception lady was lovely, who walked me to the room (required key card for access), and helped me carry the groceries. I would have needed 2 trips without her help.
Thank you for your hospitality.
I cannot comment or review the rooms, as I did not stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Beach Retreat. Staff were great to interact with. Facilities clean and tidy. Hanging out at the pool was marvellous. Location fantastic we didn't need to use the car at all. Very helpful domestic staff we had a little hiccup with a blocked drain she was on to it immediately nothing was too much trouble for her thank you very much we will definitely be back

The Beach Retreat is perfect for a laid back beach holiday. You can't beat the location to both the shops and the beach. We had an ocean view room on the southern end and had a lovely view overlooking the waves at the surf club.
Bed was comfy and everything was just nice and easy. Had such a relaxing stay - Can't wait to return.

Beds were somewhat comfortable, the pillows were not very supportive and with only 2 pillows on the "XL double bed" with only one extra available i missed out.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable but the stay was comfortable and relaxing.

The resort is located with spectacular views and is within walking distance to most places and the car can be left parked till departure. The complex was opened in the late 90’s and could do with some TLC. The pools were great and we had no problems with the lift with a luggage trolley very handy. Service was not an issue with reception being very helpful.

Absolutely love the Beach Retreat! I grew up in Coolum Beach but return and stay here when working or on holiday. Front desk is always so lovely, happy and helpful. The rooms have a relaxing throwback quality and are always very clean and fresh. The location is honestly second to none. Thanks guys I’ll keep coming back 🌊🙏
