My husband and I had a great three night stay for my birthday. We had a bit of a seaview and a lovely balcony to enjoy. The spacious apartment was exceptional with the most amazing kitchen that had everything you would ever need. Walking distance along the boardwalk into Coolum Beach itself where we dined each night. We would recommend staying here

Just cancelled on us 24 hours before our arrival. Reason our credit details were not correct. Credit Card worked for all our other payments so probebly they had a bigger longer booking than our 2 night stay. Extremly sad especcialy for our kids, Thanks to Lisa! I hope you are proud at your custumor servise you provided!

Very spacious apartment, clean and comfortable. The kids love the heated swimming pool. There's a bus stop at the door, which is super convenient if you don't have a car.

Great location, easy walk to beaches nearby. Shops easy to get to, multiple routes to be taken. Service is great, Lisa and her family are fantastic. The pool is great, good size, well heated, nice area and good spa. The rooms are good but not exceptional, but all expectations are met for it being a ' 3-star hotel ' . Thanks!

My family and I stayed at the Pandamus for 5 nights during the busy Jan period! Lisa was AMAZING! So lovely, caring and friendly! Fantastic location, great amenities and spotless apartment! The kids loved the pool. Beautiful walk along the boardwalk to coolum central (shown in photo) 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently stayed for 3 nights in a 1 bed apartment. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. But the stay was terrible as there was jack hammer drilling work directly outside our apartment for 3-4 hours a day, which was unbearable and also blocked off direct access in or out of the apartment.
I understand emergency works happen, but when I talked to the manager about this, their attitude is what's making me write a bad review.
They firstly offered an apology and when I asked them for a small partial refund, they said no and said they didn't understand 'why I didn't go out and explore the Sunshine Coast'.
I paid for a quiet relaxing stay away and didn't get anything of the sort. They then offered me one extra nights stay if I made another booking, but couldn't guarantee ongoing work!
I shouldn't be expected to pay for something I didn't get and I don't need to be told to go out exploring.

In response to managers - it was mentioned briefly at check in that minor work would happen the next day. There was no details given or any mention of this going on for 4 hours EVERY DAY of our stay. No one offered us the opportunity to cancel or change our booking.

Fantastic customer service. Room very modern renovation with impressive branded new appliances. Linen all clean. Views and location incredible. This place is a new family favorite that will be come a regular for us.

The absolute BEST!! Perfect location - only a 30 second walk to the beach and bus stop and a 5 minute walk to Coolum shops, cafes, etc The apartments are very spacious, clean and comfortable with absolutely everything you need! Neil and Lisa were extremely friendly and helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back! Will be recommending this hotel to family and friends!
