The room are clean and staff are very friendly and accommodating. It's great for a good night sleep. It's bit old but clean.

Very dated rooms and the carpet felt dirty. Some of the staff we dealt with were unprofessional and rude. Mei and Anne were lovely to deal with however

The rooms are dated and a few things were annoying or in need of repair. The shower height is not adjustable, the bin didn’t have a foot pedal to open it, the vanity spout didn’t have an aerator on the end, the toilet brush cover was rusted and the toilet cistern lid and buttons were very worn and marked. Not up to scratch for what I paid so would not go back.

Hot water in room didnt work and ordered my meal in restaurant for dinner and sat waiting for an hour for a meal that never arrived. Wifi would never connect. Staff were pleasant enough but would stay elsewhere.

This motel is excellent, second to none. Anyone who gives this motel a bad review probably works at another motel and wants to make Coral Cay look bad. I have never stayed at a nicer motel than Coral Cay. The room I stayed in was very spacious, lovely and quiet and absolutely faultless.

Arrived after hours and left early didn't have to see anyone, was so easy with instructions to get keys etc. Stayed here many times, great rooms and location is perfect.
