The only reason I give it a low score is because council has just put up signs banning camping near caravans. Worth a big fine if you camp on the oval.

Just stay on the gravel carpark before you enter the grassed.

Great overnighter with plenty of room for the dog. We had the whole paddock to ourselves with the stunning pine trees to park under. Need to be fully self sufficient and take rubbish with you which is certainly ok. Only glip is you cannot use the highway access but need to turn up the dirt road to the west of the hall.

The Country Music Club have done a great job restoring this old building (I think it was a school house) in the middle of nowhere.
I found it after a couple of wrong turns, and it looks a picture with a large flat area for parking and camping. The are even a few pines further out to park under if you need shade.
I'm only aware of internal flush toilets, but am told there are also outside ablutions (bring your own water).
It's only a few steps up to enter the hall through several entrances, with one ramp for wheeled access. Apart from the auditorium and stage, there is also a kitchen with servery.
Lighting is fine for night activities and there are large ceiling fans throughout the main area.
Unfortunately, on really hot days the heat buildup inside ca be extreme.

Beautiful spot . Plenty of room for big rigs as well. Free showers but no toilet facilities.
