I’m currently staying at this accommodation for work, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. To start, both my room and my colleague’s room have mold issues—it’s visible and the smell is overwhelming. It’s unacceptable to expect anyone to stay in such conditions, especially for work purposes.

The bathroom fan is another nightmare. The bearing is broken, making it unbearably loud, and it’s impossible to ignore. As for the beds, they are the worst I’ve slept on in years. You can feel every single spring, and getting a decent night’s sleep is out of the question.

The food provided is shockingly poor—honestly, the lowest quality I’ve seen in years. To make matters worse, you can’t even serve yourself; workers have to put the food on your plate. It feels like we’re being treated like children in a kindergarten, not professionals here for work.

If it weren’t for my job requiring me to stay here, I would have left immediately. This place is in desperate need of a full makeover. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless significant improvements are made.

Rooms are ok if it's only a night or two. Reception service was very good. Location was perfect for what I needed. Recommend

Meals are served by the workers which makes you feel like a child, dinners are good though so to speak. Lunch menu has a poor selection and seems like it is made up of leftover dinners from a week ago. Rooms are sub par. Lovely staff.

This accommodation is a place of possibilities...
Like, it's possible that your room isn't mouldy, it's possible that your room doesn't have cobwebs installed, it's possible that there won't be old food in the fridge from the previous person, it's possible that the grumpy guy guarding the mess hall won't be grumpy. Hey, it's even possible that you won't be woken at 3am by an AC unit that has failing bearing.
Whilst all of these are possible, they are unlikely, and certainly didn't happen during my stay.
The place gives the distinct feel that the owners are trying to run it as cheaply as possible.
I'd only stay here if no other place is available.
Two stars given as once you get past the grumpy mess room guard, the other staff seem friendly and helpful (though I'm guessing it's a challenging place to work).

Make sure you comb your hair, wash. Behind your ears, polish your good shoes and put on your Sunday best after a long day at work, just to be able to sit down and eat your roast pork in the mess with a real pair of knives an forks...

Other wise Pual Blart the mall cop will have you eating outside, eating out of a tin foil container with a wooden pair of knife and fork. $160 for what?

Aweful. The room was mouldy. Power outlets broken. Light bulb needed replacing. Bathroom door broken. Smoke alarm could be found broken in a draw. All test and tagging well out of date. Dirty. 6am wake up by guy with a leaf blower. Staff charged my credit card twice for my stay.... never again

Staff are excellent, food is great, beds are the worst I've ever slept in and the traffic noise is very loud.
