The Oaks Moranbah offers unit style accommodation in the heart of Moranbah. Walking distance to shops, doctors, pharmacy and eatery, the location is super central and just off the town's main drag, Mills Avenue. We rented a one room unit for a single night over a weekend. The service at check in was friendly and quick. They were flexible with a slightly early check in which we appreciated. The undercover parking was free and easily accessible to the lift. Our room was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and the bed and linen was very comfortable. Would be happy to stay here again.

The Oaks was ideally located within an easy 5 minute walk to the nearby Moranbah Fair shops. Our parking was across from the lift for our accommodation on the 3rd floor. The unit had every thing we required for a lengthy stay, even though we were just passing through for the night. The washing machine for us was a bonus, after a few days of travelling in northern Qld. Our bed was comfortable, the wifi worked well along with good air conditioning. All up we enjoyed our brief stay.

Need to come to Moranbah for work and want a classy but reasonable priced accommodation?||I highly recommend staying at Oaks on Bacon Street. Excellent and friendly staff, clean and tidy and large room complete with kitchen, lounge, huge shower in the bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Plenty of under cover parking and central to everything.

Perfect stay in Moranbah. So clean and big , and comfy. Everything you need for a stay away. Great helpful staff. Beautiful outback skyline view in the mornings. Great location and carparking. Shops are so close. SO impressed with the apartment. Everything spotless and new. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Honestly , i will only stay there in future. Nothing to fault, great price reflection of a great stay. Really good value i felt. Thanku. I am from Brisbane and will be back !

You only have to read my other contributions to know I'm fussy about bedding. ||The bed here is soft and comfortable and such a pleasure after the horrible night I had elsewhere last night.||The Oaks group consistently have good beds. They just get it! Accommodation is about a restful restorative sleep.||The only thing I can comment is they need to clean the remote controls. I often travel for business and always carry my own sterilising wipes because this is common at all hotels. Below is a picture of the wipe after cleaning the TV remote. For this I deducted 1 star in my rating.||All in all a lovely stay and all hotel remotes are like this so make sure you travel with wipes

Great rooms. Spacious, neat and well maintained and well located in Moranbah. Restaurants near by. No on-site restaurants. Lots of parking available. Free wifi available. Booked 2 bedroom suite. Washing, drying and kitchen available.

I stayed at the Oaks in Moranbah overnight for work. Nice room, third floor. Kitchen, ensuite and balcony. ||Easy walk to shopping centre, local restaurants/pub and dominos pizza across the road as well as a 24hr gym. ||Car parking underneath and easy access to floors via lift or stairs.

Stayed there for one night, came back to the hotel late after our friend’s engagement party. Took the blanket off and found considerable size spots of dried blood on the bed sheet...it was disgusting. Next morning we checked out but the staff could only apologize. We expected more for this rate and even some sort of refund or discounted stay. Wouldnt stay there again.
