The whole experience was phenomenal . From the message to high tea it was awesome. The masseuse was very experienced and knew her work. She spent her time and made sure that my muscles were relaxed. Outstanding customer service and genuinely can't recommend this business enough. Food was very tasty as well.

The massage I had was phenomenal. My neck and lower back has been really painful and didn't even notice the knots in my shoulders. The lady massaging me not only took those knots out but also relieved the pain I was feeling. Outstanding customer service and genuinely can't recommend this business enough.

I had a great experience at Mada Sora!
I decided to treat myself to one of the packages after a few stressful weeks and have 0 regrets!
The place itself its warm and welcoming and you get a sense of relaxation as soon as you step in. The girls are lovely and welcoming and make you feel like an absolute princess. Please don't stop the packages, they're great if you want to experience a bit of everything!
My only "negative " is...the shoes. Those are slippery so walk with caution!

So we booked the corporate package for 6 people the massage and high tea was beautiful, although there was a mix up with the communication with what we were having, and we told we didn't read our email properly.

There was awkwardness in between treatments because they couldnt fulfil our spa package due to us not bring our swimmers, not knowing what we were to be doing as first time visitors to the spa.

Just thought we could of been made feel a little more welcomed and special in space for the amount of money spend on the day.

I had the best experience at Mada Sora! I had the Japanese head spa which was really really nice. Mel was very lovely and she took care of me very well. If you like your hair getting washed at the salon, I highly recommend this treatment!
