Room walls are way to thin, lucky to get a room with a AC that turns on, when they give you another room no hot water. Shower heads you can't even shower under. Food is so bad you stop eating halfway through your shift.

Declan was an amazing bartender. Very courteous and polite. He made a number of suggestions when I told him I wasn’t sure what I wanted to drink. Plus, he could hold a conversation. Quality lad. Very clean and fresh rooms. Nice food.

All around a really good time I wasn’t expecting with very kind staff.

Food is great, rooms are barely respectable.
They don't put fitted sheets on the beds so you have to make them every time you sleep. Some rooms have been updated but lights don't work in some. Only fans in ensuite no window, if you don't leave the fan on drains can get a little on the nose at times.

This would be the worst mining camp i have stayed at in 9 years, the rooms are not suitable for a person to stay in, air conditions filters and units with an inch of dust and mold through them, mold all over walls and roofs, the stench of the mold and bleach is unbearable. On one tour when i checked into my room i had cigarette ash on the bench in the bathroom and these rooms are supposed to be cleaned and fit for people to stay in.

As for the food if you like deep fried then you'll love it hardly any vegetables or nutritional variety.
The cooks there have been seen on numerous occasions walk straight in the kitchen after smoking not washing there hands at all and putting there hands straight into food with no gloves to serve up.

As for the staff rude and arrogant would some it up.

This camp should be shut down!!!

Manager has deep seeded issues not sure how she has a her role but if you want customer service, compassion don't waste your time or money. Ego definitely not her amigo. Run down facilities with no empathy or compassion to people who actually really work.

Small camp 2min near Civeo coppabella that has Alcohol full strength 24/7 available for takeaway CHEA BOY... enjoy mining friends 🙂
