From my initial email to request if they accepted check in around 12am (after a late night flight), the staff were super accommodating to this request. |It was no hassle to them and they were happy to assist. |Super friendly and fast communication. Check in was a breeze. Room was absolutely spotless. Beds, pillows and linen all high end quality. The location was very quiet. |Fully secure with gate access including free parking. Communal vending machine and microwave available if needed. |We only stayed 1 night and left early morning. |We stayed in the 27sq room and it was plenty of room for 2 people. |It actually had 3 beds for size comparison. |Could not fault this place. Absolutely amazing. Thank you to the staff for accommodating us on such short notice, when other hotels wanted me to jump through hoops “literally”. 5 stars!

Easy check in. Staff are very friendly. The town house was well sized, until it came to getting ready. The bathroom, while enough, became a cramped in the morning when everyone was getting ready. Double check your milk too, ours was rotten. All in all, safe, quiet and easy access to Mount Gravatt, Sunnybank and the Pac Motorway.

I have stayed there with my family I had 3 kids it was quite nice but it was pretty dirt if I had to clean clean the bathroom tiles for my daughter to have a shower the dryer did not work Indian washer clothes the lounge with broken and it was quite skunky I will give you to start

honestly the most disgusting place ive stayed in first night of staying there was bed bugs and i have now multiple bites from them, the sheets and shower were dirty with a broken shower head and they said that they clean your room once a week and not once out of the 8 days i stayed there did they clean the room.

Don’t waste your money come to stay this hotel very crazy hotel. They are hungry money. Dirty little on bed and pillow they will take your bond. I never seen this hotel before. OMG. So crazy.
Good luck if you want take my money If you happy with that. Hope your hotel no one come to stay anymore. Hope everything is down because not good service just want to take money from peoples. This is scammers hotel.

She told me check in time 2 pm and let me waiting for it but after that 2 Aussie girls come to check in. She can give them check in
First time and last time not come back here again

Upgraded rooms because our door looked like it was kicked in (#10) and for the "kitchenette", which was just an electric grill, that didn't work. They offered a different grill, which was the same (turns on and off as it reaches temperature, taking twice as long to book anything). I suggest, don't do the upgrade and just buy a cheap one at kmart.|However, laundry was cheap ($8 for wash and dry), location was walkable to many stores and a short drive to the mall and fun adventures for the kids.|When asked staff for activities, they said "we can't recommend anything", so we did our own research. Tina, one of the cleaners, was great. Followed up with requests that we made to ensure I got what we needed.

Lovely comfortable room with a Queen & 2 x singles. Was basic but that’s all we needed as we were just in town to watch the Foo Fighters. Price was right and was close to some handy shops. Didn’t use the pool but looked okay! Free parking as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a short stay.
