Change the name to Elbows on body massage clinic as this was a more accurate representation of the service provided.

I went for a one hour relaxation massage, but I’m afraid to say the experience was anything but relaxing. While the location is convenient and the store appeared professional and clean, the massage itself was the most painful and uncomfortable massage I have ever experienced. In fairness the masseuse did ask me to tell him if the pressure was too much however, I expected his technique would improve as time went on (it did not). Excluding roughly 5 minutes of moderate pressure effleurage, I estimate that he spent around 80% of the time digging into my traps with his elbow and dragging it down along my spine. Yes I acknowledge that hands do get tired, however performing a relaxation massage predominantly with your forearm and elbow is a lazy and sloppy technique to say the least. The pressure used was excessive, even based on remedial massage standards. Two days later my shoulders are still bruised and tender and in hindsight I now accept that I should have stopped the massage rather than persevering. I seriously question this persons’ skill set and qualifications. I would not recommend unless you have a penchant for torture and self harm and if you do decide to voluntarily subject yourself to this kind of treatment you should seek out a good therapist and learn to love yourself.

I left a message this morning for an appointment at a specific time and was told wasn’t available, however when I said thanks anyway suddenly they could fit me in. I was sceptical as this had happened to me with a prior booking before and I was left waiting. When I arrived today I was left for 20 min after my booking time. This is the 2nd time this has occurred and is extremely frustrating when I could have been told at point of booking that time wasn’t an option. I had been coming here on and off for 3 years but not anymore. If you can’t fit someone in amongst other bookings then don’t. Don’t waste customers time!!

Really really nice experience here!
After tried many massage shops around this area, this shop will be my number one choice forever!
The lady is really professional, she s able to define my painful area by quickly touching and consulting.
And all the pains gone after one hour massage.

First ever remedial massage for me as an attempt to ease my daily, constant head and neck pain. The lady was so attentive to the tender spots and extremely knowledgeable! So specific and I could tell she really wanted to help with my pain 🥺 Probably did more than my chiros and the three different doctors have ever done for me.

Very good massage, nice and quiet. Could use my health care too which was awesome.

Have had many massages from here normally very good, however yesterday was very disappointing. $90 no health care rebate. Standards Seems to have gone backwards. Had a less than satisfactory remedial massage - basically the lady was leaning on me with her elbow. Spent a lot of time walking around the table without doing anything, or just re arranging the towel. I thought many times about asking for it to stop because I just couldn't tolerate it, but I was too embarrassed to say anything. I just wanted to walk out and I very much wish I had so I didnt waste my money. Other therapist talking and laughing throughout its hard to relax when there is loud talking and laughter happening. Left feeling no better. More stress than I walked in.
it’s a shame. I recommend this shop all the time. Not sure I’ll be recommending or coming back if this is the standard now.

I love coming here the ambiance the fragrance of the room when you enter and the quiet music playing makes for the perfect environment before receiving massage treatments.

For me personally it's like a drug but a healthy one that keeps you coming back for more again and again.
The staff are excellent at their craft and they take the time to ask you what is to hard or to soft so your not leaving with more pain than you came in with.

It's an excellent business and the fact that they are always booked says heaps.
