Went through the drive thru- Good coffee - great smashed avocado - very convenient. I like it here. Make sure you use the lemon wedge with the avo 👌🏼

Wow! I dropped by the drive through this morning after the gym to grab a well earnt coffee hit and i was delighted with the delicious smooth coffee and the breakfast wrap was extremely yummy!! Thanks for the wonderful smiley service from the staff, I can’t believe I haven’t been here before now, I’ll definitely be back!!

Safe food practices are lacking and the manager likes to yell at you that you’re wrong from the kitchen when you try and explain that the food didn’t taste right. Customer service and quality of food has gone down hill at this place, it was once fantastic.
Instead of acknowledging that the food was unsatisfactory the manager chose to not listen and to yell at me through her kitchen… wouldn’t even let me talk.

Our daily morning coffee shop and have never had a bad coffee. Staff are always friendly and the service is always so quick. Highly recommend!

Not a clever place.
Not knowing that the cafe closes at 1.00pm we turned up, my wife at 12.20, and I a little later at 1.00 pm on the dot. She had made an order that was neither prepared nor presented. When I came in I was told “We close at 1.00” and then there was a fifteen minute discussion about why they close at 1.00. How badly done to they are, Covid, etc. etc.
Now the manageress had two customers in front of her with money in their pocket and the chance to gain goodwill by serving something - anything. Instead she told us to go elsewhere. With a minimum of effort she could have have had happy, loyal customers, determined to return. Sadly, we left feeling pissed off, and will not return. We will also tell our friends.
This manageress has a very poor business model. In the present economic climate this is not particularly wise. There are cafes and restaurants closing all around Townsville. This speaks for itself.

I’ve been here 4 times in the last 6 months and the already average service declined every time - ending in today’s very burnt (on both sides) banana bread. Very long wait times, terrible service at the speaker box, average coffee. Save your time and money and go to Zaraffas or McDonalds up the road. Not worth it.

Always forget about this little gem of a cafe. Always lovely service and great food. Today we had yet another breakfast wrap and tried the eggs Benny -yum.

Excellent coffee, always a happy + friendly face at the drive through window and great food! I had the fish sandwich today and it was amazing and fresh! My son was sleeping in the car so it was great being able to get a fresh, tasty lunch without having to get out of the car.
