Went there with a problem, left with a solution. The gent running the shop was on the ball and sorted my issue straight away. New filter and a bag of salt helped me out when needed. Highly recommended.

Garry was extremely rude and abrupt over the phone. There are plenty of other pool shops around. Don't bother here.

Worst customer service and support ever. Good at over charging and up sales. Brought a zodiac e pump was ensure ideal for running a spa after the technician smoked 1 pump and 2 controllers it ran. The spa heater then would not work. Raised the issue and only wanted to sell a new heater with no diagnosis. Brought a small cheap eBay pump and spa functions correctly. Still 0 support and a lot of money wasted very disappointed.

We struggled with a green pool most of summer. When we took the sample to Gary, he had the pool blue again within 24 hours, and sparkling clean within 3 days. They know their stuff.

We first went to Twin City Pool Supplies because they were open on Sunday. We keep going back there because all of the staff are very friendly, helpful and know what they are talking about. Great service and advice every visit.

Received terrible customer service from this company. Did not keep appt, return call and then when I rang to complain there was no apology just a rude and abrupt person. Not sure how people like this keep there doors open !
