Been getting my nails done there for nearly a year. Most of the staff is well trained and skilled. Every now and then i get someone new but most of the time i leave very satisfied with results.

So i got a manicure and pedicure she started off great done really well untill she cut to much skin on a toe and a finger making both bleed a little. Then she done the nail painting. Which was horrible she didnt do to the edges of my nails when she went to do my nails the nailpolish was old and definitly no good the smell was strong she had to mix in a liquid half way through didnt help it was lumpy on my nails looks like a rough surface not shiny over an hour later its still wiping off my fingernails like nothing she bumped into my freshly painted feet while doing my hands and smudged the polish of my small toe and never fixed it they had great customer service where very friendly.but also no eftpos the shopping centre atm is down and coles dont do cash out with out a purchase so they told me today they should probably have told me cash only when i got there... as we live in a nearly complete cashless society...

Tried blaming me about the fungal infection but I had only been in the week before getting this nail fixed. Acrylic overlays. They didn't remove the acrylic completely so I finished removing it at home to find there was a gap under it that's created an infection. Now I've noticed one developing under my thumb. Woman asked if I wanted this nail redone and painted which is a BIG no no if you have an infection so there definitely not cleaning and sterilising equipment properly. Horrible service, will not be back and we'll be telling others about my experience. It's obviously that the staff aren't properly trained in nail applications so things like this can be prevented.

Very disappointed got a very simple French tip and infill and was charged $65 I had read and asked how much and was told/seen that is was $45 otherwise I wouldn't of gone in, very disappointed is an understatement they arent even the length I asked for!!

They are also wonky and there is paint smeared on my finger (my 2 year old could do better!)

Not even 24h later and the paint is coming off not impressed at all!!

I visited the Castletown one, as I have done twice now. This time my 9 year old daughter tagged along and we both had our nails and toenails done. I couldn’t fault the staff and they were great with my daughter. Highly recommend.

The ladies are good at their jobs, and both my sisters and I nails looked amazing! Don't come here if your in a rush, they do take there time,and not the most professional, but the results are amazing!
