Ken and June were exceptional hosts. The property was ideally located looking over the beach with the surf break directly in front of the property and a great view of the surfers each day. Mollymook Beach Waterfront was beautifully appointed with everything you need for your stay. A delightful welcome starter hamper with hot and cold breakfast options, snacks and wine was most appreciated. A fully stocked DVD library, smart TV with netflix and a comprehensive information folder with suggestions for eating out, takeaway and recommendations for how to spend your time. If you stay in your apartment and choose not to venture out, you are treated to the most serene and relaxing experience. Ken is so welcoming, always happy to offer recommendations and shares his great love of the local area. I highly recommend a stay at Mollymook Beach Waterfront. You will want to return.

June and Ken are wonderful hosts. They provided a substantial hamper with two bottles of wine on arrival. The apartment we stayed in was very well appointed, with reverse cycle air con, that kept us warm during the cool June evenings. The apartment has a delightful view of the ocean, and we had the added bonus of seeing whales and dolphins off the point each morning. Ken also suggested several local restaurants that were all excellent.

We have just had another wonderful stay at Mollymook Beach Waterfront Accommodation.
As usual Ken and June were wonderful hosts. They provide a great starter pack for when you arrive consisting of Bread, bacon, eggs, juice, cheese, crackers, wine etc. All greatly appreciated.
Apart from that there is the view. Amazing.
From the sunrise in the mornings to the stars at night. And in between you can relax and watch the many surfers and dolphins and even spot a whale if you are lucky.
Great location. Close to the Golf Club (which has great food by the way) and Mollymook Beach.
We have already booked our stay for next year.

Mollymook Beach Waterfront boasts beautiful front row viewing of one of Australia’s sensational reef breaks - from dawn to dusk a magic mix of surfers and dolphins and pods of whales heading north. |The ultra comfortable and spotless apartment is top value - is perfect for rest and relaxation and is a superb base for walking, golf, swimming at the famous bogey hole, little coves and the main beach. |Their website gives a big hint of the love and pride Ken and June Banks have for their set up and the Mollymook region. It really shines through on arrival, starting with a beaut welcome pack, their eye for detail and you quickly realise it’s the place to be. |We’ll be back soon for our 10th visit!|Sally and Paul

Ken really pulls out all the stops to ensure his guests have a peaceful, relaxing and comfortable stay. When you're inside looking at the gorgeous view, Mollymook could be a million miles away! But no - it's a five-minute walk! This place is really a hidden gem. It has everything you could possibly need for a perfect weekend. We will be back!

?Exceptional accommodation, Ken and June are Top Hosts!
The Complimentary Hamper is the Best we have enjoyed with , cheese, crackers, chocolates, wine, cereal, bacon, eggs and fruit juice and a 1lt of milk. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The View was Beautiful! Native birds calling and flitting about.
The tranquillity is priceless.
No surf this time but a stunning outlook over the reef and "bogey hole".
A Beautiful place to catch a Sunrise ?

My Husband didn't want to leave!
It gets heavily booked but we would love to go again sometime soon.

Delightful apartments in a secluded area of Mollymook and only a short walk to the natural rock pool and main beach. Ken and June are the best hosts you could wish for. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend a stay. We had breakfast each morning on the patio and were entertained by the prolific bird life. A little piece of paradise.

Highly recommend. Superb quiet & private location with wonderful views of the beach & surfing spot. The room was spotless. Ken & June have put a lot of effort into the inclusions. Two bottles of wine (red & white), chocolate, biscuits, cheese & crackers as well as generous breakfast items. Walk to beach & golf club/cafe/restaurants. Lovely birds visit the garden, just so relaxing. Soft fluffy bathrobes, bed was comfy & nice shower. You couldn't ask for more. We will be back.
