regular customer who will no longer be returning🥺😩😡
$110 for a BASIC gel manicure and pedicure when i have originally been charged $80. I left the salon with a paint job i have had to fix at home & 2x cuticle nail bleeds. what’s happened girls? this was my favourite place to be for some much need girl time. very sadden😓

I had an infill of my gel nails here today. I am very happy with the quality of my nails.
The service however was lacking in any politeness or kindness. I had a broken nail and asked the lady to be gentle. I did not find her to be gentle. She made me feel nervous and tense.
When another customer came in, the lady serving me spoke to the customer very rudely. The customer had a child and the lady serving was rude to the child and tried to make her sit across the room from her mother. The whole interaction was extremely embarrassing.
I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I will not be returning.

The guy and lady who did my nails were amazing. She took her time drawing the heart on my nails and was so kind. The man was taking his time applying the acrylic on the nails. I will be definitely going back. 10/10 super cheap and over all amazing

Honestly I was excited to get my nails done for the first time, I chose out my colours and they put on the acrylic base and filed it down pretty rough. They didn’t do the colour I wanted and they were not smooth, as soon as I got home my nail fell off. On top of that $5 for each drawing with dirty brushes, i don’t think i’m going back again.

My first time here today.
My greeting was swift and very pleasant.
The salon clean and nicely laid out.
I was very happy with my nails done by the girl.
I was a little surprised that she had not heard of sugar nails and pretty much told me it was the name of a salon, not a nail design.
It is in fact a new process called sugar nails and uses matt pastels.
Please look it up.
Having said all this, I left happy and will come back again, thankyou.

The gentlemen that did my nails was amazing. He took his time but was quick and has an eye for the little details. He made sure I was happy with everything every step of the way. He also did an amazing job with the nail design as well. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for more. Thank you so much.

I asked if they were available and was told yes. The only interaction I got was what colour nail polish I wanted and i was next. I waited over half an hr and nothing. No interaction nothing. They then served another client. Very disappointed. 😞
