Very easy check in process with clear instructions. The room itself was very good and after a very long hot day it was good to have the air con on before I walked into the room so it was cool. The bed was comfortable, the TV worked a good, a good work bench, bathroom was good and a very nice balcony. The place has under cover parking, direct lifts to the room and a pool. What amazed me was how quiet it was inside my room despite being a busy Saturday night. Erin customer service from before my arrival to my departure very first class. I recommend this place one of the better ones I’ve stayed at worth the bit extra.

The apartments are in a good location, the shops are a short walk as is the local tavern. The beaches and lagoon are approx 7-10minute drive. The apartment was of a good size. Our balcony didn’t have a view as such but it was quiet and private. Both bathroom and en suite were well equipped. The ensuite shower was a bit feeble. Just need to update the shower head and it’ll be good. The pool is on the smaller side but good enough to cool off in and relax.,The underground parking and lift access is useful too.

Overall good. Slightly let down by presence of mosquitos in room, let in by lack of fly screens. There was no fly spray in the room for a DYI solution. In our room we found the crockery and cutlery that was not clean. Late night arrival was well handled.

La Vida on Anzac is a little gem. Family run a d spotlessly clean. Roo.s are spacious, comfy bed and an easy walk to hear food and the water front. Totally recommend

AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!

stay elsewhere. its not worth the money, the room was dirty, had stains on the carpet and we spotted cockroaches in the morning. we now have bedbug bites and when we tried to bring up the issues we had with mark the manager, we got abused and threatened by him. the place is an overpriced hotel and it definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. more like a 2 star at best. the manager is arrogant, rude and has no idea about customer service. there's mould in the bathrooms, stains on the carpet and was there was dust everywhere. the oven was filthy. the tvs pixilated and half the channels didn't work. go elsewhere. certainly not worth 475 a night for an outdated room that you had to pay extra if you wanted towels or coffee sachets. a total rip off. you would pay less to stay at a 5 star hotel like the Hilton and get a way better room and avoid being abused by the manager for trying to inform him of any issues.

GO ELSEWHERE! UNLESS YOU LIKE ABUSIVE HOSTS!!!!

Great conveniently located aparthotel in quiet area with big grocery store 5 minutes walking. Beach and cafes 5-10 mins walking distance. Safe parking garage, lift.|The apartment was lovely with terrace, air conditioned, clean with everything you need - kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Comfortable bed. Water pressure, hot water - all good.

The staff was nice. |We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Sadly this accommodation was a big let down. Firstly the booking site was unbeknown to us in USD (the search was for accommodation near us, and we were obviously in the area, we paid with an Australian card and had Australian details) so we were charged $475.00 AUD for the night, but thought it was going to be $312.00 AUD!! My husband rung to query this charge and was met with an attitude from Mark on the phone saying it was done via a third party and therefore his fault for booking with that site. Ok fine we agreed to suck it up and cop it on the chin and were expecting for that price a 5 star room. Will sadly not to be. There were stains on the carpets, the kitchen floor was still sticky, the main bathroom smelt of mold, the silicone around both bathroom showers, tap and bath are spotted with mold. The main tv in the living area was extremely small yet a massive tv was in the main bedroom on an awkward angle near the ceiling. The tv in the main bedroom stopped working correctly around 10:30pm and the channels were fully pixelated, and the list of channels available mostly weren't there. ||There were overpriced noodles etc on the kitchen bench for sale at an exuberant price so these were not purchased, I did think they may have been courtesy items due to the pricing of the room. ||The beds are extremely soft which may suit some but definitely not us. ||Then when getting ready to leave there was a solitary cockroach who quickly ran under the door in to the hallway.||When we went to leave my husband placed the sheet of paper and key on the counter and asked the staff member behind the counter if he was Mark who he had spoken to the day before. He acknowledged that was him and we proceeded to let him know we weren't happy with the room. The first we mentioned was the cockroach we had all seen, and he got immediately defensive and told us not to f#*king go there ! I said will I have read the reviews this morning and you obviously don't take well to any negative feedback. He then announced he will leave a bad review on our business site (we had never been there before he has not been to our business it is 2 and half hours away and the only way of knowing we had a business was via the payment and the work vehicle signage) my husband was not happy and told him not to threaten us and left reception. He asked if we had proof of anything I said I had photos of the mold and a video of the pixelated tv screen. I said we expected better for that price and were very disappointed. He said they had cameras there and were recording the interaction and held up the keys to the glass and said thank your husband for throwing the keys at me (this never happened) and I should take my daughter away as she doesn't need to hear any of this! I said that's great you have the camera as it will show that never happened. I was completely calm with him and yet instead of him saying thank you for bringing these issues to my attention, he was rude, defensive and was trying to fabricate things that hadn't happened. ||A review is obviously what you experience and our experience was terrible it was a complete rip off price wise and to be abused once we raised our concerns was not appropriate or called for when we were a paying guest.||Please take the time to read reviews before you book some where and I would seriously consider avoiding this establishment.

We had an amazing stay here. Room was very clean and comfortable. We booked the studio room and for us it was more than enough space. Everything was easy from booking to departure. The one thing we really noticed and loved was the staff. From the lady on reception so the service/cleaning staff we ran in to a few times in the basement car park....they were incredibly nice, friendly and polite. They've definitely hired some great people to work there so shout out to them! You all deserve to be appreciated.
