Location is excellent if you don't need to be in the City heart. I like to use my car so works for me to be in Spring Hill. You can walk into the City or take the free bus. Very easy to catch Uber too. Pool is amazing. Rooms are big and location means little to no road noise. Staff very friendly and amenity is pretty good considering no in-hotel cafe or restaurant. Parking can be expensive but we found it easy to park on the street for free after 5pm.

My first experience walking into this beautifully designed hotel with its grand, impressive entrance was one of excitement and anticipation. The reception area did not disappoint, living up to the saying “first impressions matter.” I was warmly welcomed by Marcus, a friendly staff member who set a positive tone for my stay.||As an Accor Plus member, I noticed there wasn’t much additional acknowledgment beyond being offered a complimentary drink, which was appreciated.||Entering my room, I was truly impressed. The design featured stunning art on all sides of the walls, complemented by an exceptionally high ceiling that exuded luxury. The room was spacious, with a well-stocked minibar and even a small microwave—a convenient bonus.||The provided amenities were high-quality and from genuine, reputable brands. However, I did experience a minor issue with replenishment on the second day.||The pool, located on the 5th floor, was an enjoyable highlight, and the on-site gym was another great addition.||Although there was no restaurant within the hotel itself, there were nearby dining options, allowing me to bring meals back to my room without any inconvenience.||Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great polite helpful staff. Lovely room big clean well equipped. easy to car park, well situated in Spring Hill easy walk into the CBD.

Nice clean room, however ours had zero outlook other than a dusty courtyard and dirty window. A potted plant may have improved this bleak space. It was a little depressing. Amenities were good, complimentary Nespresso coffee and efficient reception staff. Comfortable bed

Our family arrived late at night as we were flying in and Jerome on reception went above and beyond to assist our late check-in and make us all welcome and comfortable. Even our teenage children commented on his warm greeting, efficiency and dedication to ensuring we had everything we needed. We booked a Double-bed suite, and the room was expansive and very comfortable, coupled with Jerome sending up robes to make ourselves comfortable it was a very short but fantastic stay! Thank you, Jerome and the Johnson team.

The Room was a good size for a teenage boy & parents. Very clean, good reception 📶 wifi .Beds were comfortable. Every thing you could ever want. And close to the City some good eateries at your door step. The pool is huge and the gym was a reasonable size

Stayed 1 night. Good size room, comfortable bed with block out curtains.
Well appointed with all necessary amenities.
House keeping was not as good as it could be with the rubbish bin left dirty with empty wine bottle and a syringe!
Shower drain full of hair.
Upon check out, when I mentioned this, the reception staff asked if it was like this when I arrived. Clearly yes it was.
Overall ok, homeless camp on the front entry was a bit off putting.

Thank you so much to Marcus, who helped me waiver the cancellation fee, as I came sick witj covid at very late notice! Booking.com were no help at all and once I called and spoke to Marcus, he was so helpful and helped me sort my situation out so quickly and efficiently!
