I travelled alone and booked a 1 bedroom apartment. The room was superior. Very clean. This is the only apartment that i have visited that supplies full size shampoo conditioner and body wash...fantastic!! I had everything i needed and had a lovely view on the 16th floor. I did have an issue with someone in my parking spot but the issue was fixed immediately. I will definitely stay again.

I simply loved this apartment. Had everything i could need and the stove top is gas cooker which is never seen much in hotels. Also full size shampoo conditioner and bodywash supplied which is a rare find. Highly recommend this place.

What I Like: less than 5mins walk to Fortitude Valley train station. Along the way there's supermarket and fast food. Kitchen, washing machine and swimming included at a very affordable price.

What I Don't Like: Building construction going on next to the apartment, noise in the morning and weekends. Should have more cook ware of different sizes. No early check in.

Room had nice modern fitout, with just about everything we could have wanted, all in working order. Walking distance to the Valley mall area and nightlife. We were there for a concert at the Fortitude Valley Music Hall and it worked out great for us.

So shit about the service. It should have a staff that comes and help you check in not like instructing on the phone but couldn’t even understand what customer said. I kept saying to her that the kiosk need admin password to log in but she said it should not and keep asking me if I was in front of the building or kiosk. Could you please do the check in service better Thanks

Beautiful view over story bridge and the skyline, the apartment has everything you needed , a pool on the 27th floor, close enough to everything you needed in the CBD, yet in a much livelier part of the city.||You don’t speak to anyone … it’s fabulous, you put the code in get your key and you’re away. Love it so effiecient

Absolutely disgusting rooms wasn't cleaned properly marks all over shower glass cockroach in the bed with cockraoch feces dining table fruit bowl been used as a ash tray and left in room on dining table shower wall has residue from God knows what marks all over the walls would not recommend to stay here have seen cows and pigs have a better area then this PUTRID.

Needed somewhere close to my event. That gave me the option for two bedrooms being a family stay. CLLIX was walking distance to the heart of the valley and clean/spacious room
