The team at Alcyone Hotel Residences are awesome - and special shout out to Sian! They made us feel incredibly welcome and were super accommodating when plans changed along the way.
The hotel itself is perfectly located and the accommodation is spacious, comfortable and very clean. We cannot fault it, and would definitely choose to stay again. Thank you! 5 stars from us.

Excellent hotel for long-term lease. Well-appointed rooms. Good views of the surrounding suburbs. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly & accommodating staff. Location is very convenient, near 2 supermarkets, restaurants and access to public transportation (buses & CityCat)!! Ample parking space. We stayed here for 2 & a half years … and will do it again if sent to Brisbane! Three cheers for Alcyone, their management & staff!

One word - Wow.
Location is amazing, so many food choices right at your doorstep. Short walk to Brett's Wharf ferry terminal (5 minute ride to Bluey's World and Eat Street or 40 minutes to South Bank).
Lovely pool and BBQ area. Easy parking. Close to the airport for an early morning car hire drop off and flight.
Room had everything we needed except perhaps a blackout blind in the lounge might have been good as we had someone on a rollaway bed out there (which was the best, most comfortable rollaway bed we have ever encountered).
But their biggest asset is the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful, accommodated our early check in request as we had cold food and a toddler who needed a rest before a visit to Bluey's World.
Would I stay here again - 100% yes, even if I had business in the city, it would be worth the ferry ride to be able to stay here.

We paid $450 for one night , going on past reviews |On arrival no car spaces available for overnight parking , we were told as we booked through Expedia there is no guarantee of a parking space ?| We arrived past checkin time was told room not ready, kindly moved us to another room. Get to the new room walk in and a nice couple already there .|Back to checkin new room |Given a room on floor 4 looking at a roof.|Might be me but $450 for one night and get this service ||Forget it |Steer clear, plenty of other great hotels in brissy

I stayed here for 2 nights and I can say it was an amazing place to stay and well worth it. Room was clean, nice balcony looking towards the airport, air conditioning in the room was good for the hot nights and is very close to things as we were going to the PGA tour.

I will definitely return next time

Room was very clean and amenities were excellent. The room included a washing machine and dryer. Lots of Restaurants at Portside for dining and an excellent IGA Store. Close proximity to catching the ferry into the City. Staff at Reception were very informative and helpful.

The Alcyone was an excellent choice for our family vacation. Our apartment was extremely clean with top quality appliances. It was located close to excellent amenities and public transport. |We would highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Brisbane.
