This used to be our go to pub with affordable and delicious food but after our last 2 visits we won't be back. The steak was 3/4 gristle and our other steak was cooked medium rare after asking for well done. Service was also lacking

$10 lunch meal deal Chicken Schnitzel with chips extra $8.00 for salad buffet. It's worth the visit. Staff friendly and helpful. Premises were very clean.

Came here for the schnitzel lunch.
It was OK.
Salad buffet there as an add on.
Looks like the place could do with a spruce-up or modernisin g.

My partner and I wen to this hotel for the 2nd time last week and again it was excellent. We had the snitzel &chips, gravy & excellent self service salad bar. Both times well presented, very good size meal & salad selection. Schooner $7.50, cold & staff great. Will continue to support this hotel, as it is doing a great job to provide a very good meal for working class lunch. But also for pensioner like us, we can afford to splash out as these very reasonable prices. Thank you.

The beer garden is the perfect spot to be. I got the chef's special and I'm happy I did., I was impressed by the sweet and sour pork, which was just as good, if not better, than anything from a Chinese restaurant.

Guy behind the bar very nice and helpful. Food fairly stolid and dry. Roast pork also dry. Gravy straight from the can. Vegetable were nursing home quality. Best part of the lamb chops was the crumbed crust.
