Went to the queens for the first time for dinner with the kids and had the best customer service from Stacey and food was so great. They were also accommodating for kids with a free colouring pack. Will be our new local pub thatโ€™s for sure.

My partner, myself and our 4 month old went for lunch today, and we probably extended past her nap time a bit (oops) so she was unsettled. The staff were extremely understanding and accommodating, and Priscilla especially was very kind and attentive. She offered to hold the baby while we are our food as she was still too little for their high chairs. We got a few mouthfuls in before having to take her back again, but it was lovely to be given a few bites of food without a baby on my lap! Food was delicious and service fast and efficient.Thank you team for going above and beyond!

Can only speak about restaurant. Service was good but food has its shortcomings. Starter arrived after main courses to the table. Drinks are also quite expensive (14$ for a beer, 20$ for a small cocktail that tastes just like pineapple juice). Could do better

1 hour wait for food after 20min in line ordering. Poor service.
Caesar salad horrible. Typical australian venue where they just have to ruin everything with junk. Too sweet and overpriced.
Not even QR codes on tables. Go in line for 20min and wait 1h for food, at least on Saturday.
Waste of money!

Food was very disappointing. Garlic bread was the highlight fresh and hot.
Mains I had Roast Pork. Everything was cooked the day before and heated up. Vegs were stale and had that microwaved taste and feel about them. Pork was reheated and piled up and then drenched in gravy not an attractive look on the plate.
Salt and pepper Calamari was not cooked in hot oil and was very floury in taste a mountain of poorly cooked chips accompanied and were very unappealing
Has all the traits of laziness in the kitchen Needs a Gordon Ramsey intervention
The staff were friendly and helpful. Patronage was down and that should have set off the red flag
Iโ€™ve had some great meals in the past here but this is by far one of the worst dining experiences Iโ€™ve had in Gladstone

Need to do a lunch menu. Donโ€™t really want a big meal or $30+ meal for lunch.
Poor wine list - only 2 brands across all wines and cheap brands at that.
Reserved wine list poor as well - $22 bottle but charging $100.
