This place is awesome! They do things differently here. The service was really good. You can tell they take hospitality seriously. The food in the restaurant and the room service was amazing.

The rooms were clean and the sheets were really soft. The lounge and kitchenette were really nice, it felt like home. The washing machine and dryer were really handy.

I've been looking for a good hotel in Gladstone and this one is definitely it.

The room are very spacious with kitchenette, and balcony. The location are closer to the bank and some resto and cafeterias. The room need some TLC, has this funky smell when we arrived, the carpet that connected to the room has this staple sticking out so everytime you walked piercing your feet. The curtains are missing some hooks, the bathroom are moldy specially the ceiling , on top of the bathtub, the soap holder had mold underneath as well. The hair dryer shouldn't be there, it's looks like the ends of its life or more like it's been expired. The fridge has problem leaking inside, the electric hotplates has damaged and obviously it's not safe to use it. Hoping that this room already rectify since there's a construction happening when we Check in few months ago.

The staff are AMAZING!! The smile, hospitality, and service is simply amazing. Unfortunately I stayed only 1 day since I’m signing on the vessel at Gladstone port. A huge transition from a magnificent hotel to a ship’s accommodation.

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms, and amenities like washing machines and dryers in the room itself. Very clean and well kept. Location is excellent and their restaurant is very good as well. The real icing on the cake is their service. They just try that much harder, and it shows in the little things. Nita at the front desk goes out of her way to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. I would love to stay here again.

Great location in the heart of Gladstone. My apartment was spotless. Enjoyed a hearty breakfast in the restaurant downstairs my first morning. The little kitchen had everything I needed to make a snack or prepare my own breakfast on the other days. Thank you for a great stay.

Staff crept into my room and another guests room at 9:45 at night. I felt very unsafe. ||Dietry requirements were could not be met even after multiple conversations with staff and one manager.|That is the short version, don’t get me started on the state of the place, broken cupboards, uneven flooring etc isn’t even worth a mention compared to the staffing and management issues.||Comfy bed and clean sheets gets the one star.|Never staying here again.

Clean and tidy. Good furnishings and kitchen had what I needed for 4 night stay. I made toast and got breakfast supplies from the supermarket. I had a meal from Dimitri's and it was great, very tasty.

I had a horrible experience here, and unfortunately, it happened twice. The house cleaners didn't properly clean my room, and they even left dirty dishes from a previous stay... they rinsed the cutlery and plates. I felt nauseated having to scrub off old food from the plates and cutlery. When I called reception to complain, they showed no concern whatsoever. Frankly, I feel quite uncomfortable staying in this place. I recommend choosing a motel instead to save your money.
