We rented a 2 bedroom apartment. It is spacious, clean, furniture was comfortable and great condition. The beds were very comfortable and it has a court yard and garden out the back for you to relax and enjoy surrounds. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has a complete laundry. The surrounds are quiet, it is a 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute drive into Cairns. This is a perfect location for a break away from it all.

My husband and I were very happy with our stay here. Would have liked a double or queen sized bed in the other room as we cannot sleep together but King single was not too bad. The apartment was airy and bright. Loved the big screen tv, air conditioning and fans in bedrooms and lounge area. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of cupboard space for food. and there were two bathrooms. Especially loved the parking in front of our unit, the pool and how quite the accommodation was. The owners were so friendly, helpful and easy to talk too. We highly recommend this accommodation for your stay in Cairns. Best of all only 30 mins from the city and all beaches very close by.

Seaforth Apartments are a good value-for-money option for families looking for good sized apartments with a pool but are not fussed about being really close to the beach. We found the location ideal for accessing all the activities that are available in the Cairns/Daintree region. it's an easy 20 min drive to Cairns, 20 mins to Hartley's Crocodile Adventures, and 1 hour to Mossman Gorge. The apartment we stayed in needed some TLC. The sink plugs in the kitchen did not hold water, the dishwasher leaked, the fridge door didn't shut properly, we were only provided with two garbage bags for a full six days, some basic utensils were missing (eg a grater), there were only 4 drinking glasses (but 10 wine glasses!). Our main problem was the lack of noise insulation between our apartment and the one above it. We could hear the gentleman in the apartment above ours walking around and even snoring at night! Apart from these few minor issues, we loved the generous size of the apartment and it could have easily achieved a higher rating with a bit of attention.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom rental for 4 days, It was very good and I highly recommend it to anyone. First, the owners are very friendly and helpful. Second, the rental unit was very clean and convenient. The kitchen was stocked so we were able to cook some meals. The living room was comfortable and attractive. It's conveniently located. It included a covered parking spot just outside the staircase. There was a washing machine and dryer in the rental apartment. My only complaint is the wifi. You have to stand near the door of the office to get the wifi. We just went to the nearby mcdonalds for free wifi. The area where this rental is located is beautiful. And Cairns is great. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Be cautious renting here and if you stay here, be careful about any maintenance issues or black mold issues. The management attempted to manipulate an elderly woman and her family caring for her for 8 years as rental tenants. The first few years were good management, then the last three were hell ending in 2021. In the last three years, they endured no maintenance, frequent mold issues, broken air conditioning and appliances (that were part of the rental agreement) that caused health problems (including difficulties storing lifesaving insulin). The carpet was at least 8 years old when they moved in (and were there 8 years) and they tried to extort money to replace it out of a dying 78-year-old woman when she moved out and moved away to be closer to extended family. The rental tribunal shut that down, but they were put through hell by the management for works that should have done throughout the tenancy.

Rent was always paid on time, the tenants had cleaners regularly provided by veteran's affairs for the war widow. The tenant's carer tried to raise issues with mold that caused a smell and health issues. For the record, not long after the nastiest tribunal mediation where they tried to make further false accusations against the tenant - that elderly woman died, the stress of this did not help the last four months of her life and made the lives of her family and extended family hell.

Be extra careful to document every conversation and maintenance request in writing if you rent here. If you holiday here, photograph everything the moment you walk in, just to cover yourself.

For the price that we paid to stay at this location I was very happy with the apartments. They were fully appointed, large and clean. The location is excellent and we walked to the Trinity Beach Esplanade where the beach is beautiful. It’s a family orientated unit block away from the main hustle and bustle of Cairns city. If we return for another trip we’ll stay again.

Stayed at Seaforth Apartments for 7 nights in August. We found the apartment very spacious with adequate amenities and for what we paid could be considered good value for money. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and local shopping centre. However the following matters would need to be addressed prior to us returning again.||There was piles of dust everywhere and the apartment needed a thorough clean from top to bottom.||TV remote control was faulty. Assumbly a flat battery.||Bed was uncomfortable. Far too soft.||Ceiling fan in Main Bedroom was loose and noisy.||Rooms are not noise proof. Could hear every door closing and chair being moved upstairs.||The majority of these matters are maintenance issues that can be fixed so hopefully they will be at some point.

I booked this after reading some other reviews. The good: location is walking distance to Trinity Beach and close to all in the area; it was quiet and clean; kitchen well appointed. The bad: both the apartment and the grounds are run down - some refresh and repairs needed & the beds were really uncomfortable. For the price - it was ok but would not be my choice for a future visit.
