Stayed here for one week. Location is perfect. Down a side street 200 metres from the beach. Mini supermarket less than 100 metres away. Very quiet, unlike the busy beachfront establishments. Lovely heated pool in a lush environment. Apartments are discreetly designed to have a private balcony table and chairs. The buildings are 30 years old and need some TLC. We had apartment 208 which has recently been sold, so hopefully basic renovations will be forthcoming. The front door squeaks like entering a dungeon. Oil on the hinges will fix that. The rollers on the sliding doors to the balcony need rollers replaced…they are difficult to open. A simple fix. The bathroom door is swelling at the base. Looks unsightly, but works fine. Simple things would make the apartment so much nicer. Everything else works fine…a home away from home. Every thing is there, just bring your toothbrush. TV A/C, ceiling fans, iron, medium sized fridge The setting is beautiful. Secure underground parking is also a bonus. Communication with management is another major problem. If the office is unattended…which is often, there is no way to contact anyone, only an emergency number. If you arrive at a time around 2pm when the office is unattended, the notice board may have your apartment key in a brown envelope attached. This should be communicated by email….which was promised to me…. I am still waiting!!! Fortunately a passing guest showed me the ‘ropes’. Aside from the above dramas…. love the place!!

I am a returning customer so that indicates immediately that I am very happy with this accommodation. This time the first room I was put in had some issues, but once management found out, they were fantastic. Everything was addressed with a smile. It is well located, has everything you need for a good stay, and met my needs. I would highly recommend you consider.

Pros: Great location. Quiet. Beautiful pool.

Cons: Terrible service. The front desk is pretty much never open - even during their listed ‘hours’ it is often closed up with no one there. This made it very difficult to get help with the many issues with the apartment. The dryer doesn’t work. We were only given 2 towels for a family of 3. There was only one almost empty roll of toilet paper in the whole apartment - we had to buy our own new TP. The door to the apartment doesn’t close properly (security risk). Not really impressed.

We spent 5 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms were fabulous and quiet. There was undercover parking. Great location and we enjoyed the pool! The reception had a great range of tour brochures and made bookings for guests.

A recent stay was extremely disappointing and not what anyone should expect when staying at any accommodation facility in Australia.

From checking and not having enough towels for the 3 adults. The Air conditioner filter was blocked and hid mold to the extent I had to clean.

Then to note that the floors needed mopping and not even coffee and tea was provided on a daily basis but rather available for 50c per sachet, milk $1.00

Wifi effectively useless which is a problem in these cyclone proof buildings as mobiles have very limited service.

The location was great and it's shame as these have clearly gone down hill based on previous reviews. These apartments are in need of some serious upgrades to be fair value for money.

DEEP CLEAN REQUIRED...
Extremely disappointed. The location was perfect, but that is where the pros stop. I rarely give a slamming review but this accommodation deserves it. The apartment was filthy 🤧... The air-con filters were blocked and mouldy, hence making them not work effectively, we had to clean them. The floors needed mopping, our feet were black within minutes of arriving... The mould and dust throughout the apartment was disgusting, even the lounges (material) were stained with mould. The freezer was iced over and had food etc stuck in the ice, the fridge was rusted, mouldy and dirty. The dining chairs were stained, caked in dust, etc. I took photos 📸 but can't attach... Needless to say, we won't be back...

A hidden gem! Located just behind the Main Street it was easy to walk everywhere. The room was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. A bonus was the stunning tropical outlook into the natural forrest running alongside the apartment. The friendly staff run the family business, and were so helpful. A real haven for anyone wanting to relax by the pool in the lush surrounding gardens in between ducking out to enjoy all Palm Cove has to offer. We’ll definitely be back!
