It was such a nice place to stay. Jim and Carmel are awesome hosts. One night, the town's power was down, and they came to check in with me to make sure i am alright. I highly recommend the hotel.

Good location in Clermont and fairly modern rooms but tiny, and with cheap fit-outs that are showing some wear already. Pre-fab constructions, neighbours are very close and their cigarette smoke wafts in. The floor was sticky with some sort of cleaning product, and the bathroom smelled a bit like a men’s urinal on our arrival, although it had modern fittings and looked clean. Better to go to a traditional older motel in this town, I think.

Great modern accommodation with comfortable bed. The staff were nice and friendly also. Would recommend.

Facilities were clean, staff tried their best to accommodate.

However, there are still things that need to be addressed. We went out for the evening and came back, someone had taken the carpark near the wheelchair ramp and parked too close to the wall, we couldn’t squeeze between the car and the fire box.

The bathroom is good, tiles are very slippery, shower seat available on request.

It is obvious that someone who is not disabled designed this room which is a shame because everything else was good.

At $150 per night, I would expect that the correct room would be reserved rather than being told we did not reserve a disabled room. Only because the person that was in the room agreed to be moved were we allowed to stay in it.

Overall a Luke warm stay.

Nice quirky rooms, well set-up

This hotel was quite a surprise for the location. The room are advertised as executive suites and they deliver on the advertisement.

Room:
The rooms are large, clean, have modern decor, and are well maintained. Beds are a little hard, indicating that they may have skimped a little here, but bedding is chrisp and clean.

Bathroom:
Bathroom medium-sized, fully tiled, it has very modern decor, well maintained and well designed.

Furnishings:
The rooms have a refrigerator, tea and coffee facilities, sink, microwave, TV, small ironing board and iron, alarm clock, side table, desk, bag rack, cupboard containing crockery, and couch.

Service:
Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Amenities:
The site offers late check in with a key box, I arrived late and was not able to get a full idea of amenities available.
I noticed a washing bag in the cupboard of the room so I'm presuming this may be a service.
There is no room service, but they have deals set up with local food establishments in town.

Summary:
This is definitely a place I would stay again and recommend to any travellers.
Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos because I was too busy enjoying the room.

A great stay on a relatively new suite. This is a somewhat unique property, having mostly freestanding groups of rooms and only a couple of suites in the main block. Overall a great stay, and the upstairs studio room we were in was lovely, but didn’t really suit us moving gear to and from our motorcycles.
If you prioritize convenience, make certain you get a ground floor unit.
