Nice sized room, comfortable bed, tiny shower. Good aircon. Restaurant is like a take-away van but I heard the steak was excellent - never found out as no food left at 7.50pm. No breakfast. No room service during the stay. Online management means everything is accessed with codes. They provided the wrong code for the front door in their email and there was no apology for that. I would only stay here again if the location was very convenient.

Needed a place to stay for friends traveling from far away while we did our annual end of year catch up. The room suited the price perfectly, with a comfortable double and single bed and bathroom. Air con worked well. Only down sides were the mini-fridge in our room didn't seal properly, and the light outside the backdoor came in through the blinds and couldn't be blocked all night.

Nice place to stay. Two pools and sauna, restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. Online entry with digital key you receive when you check in online. Moderate pricing. Rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. 15 minutes from the Brisbane airport. Undercover secure parking.

No staff onsite, remote call centre, long on hold wait. restaurant not open,
Threatening posters everywhere demanding money if you don’t wash up a cup or take your rubbish to the bin. Everything is an extra fee.
Aircon in the corner near the kitchen, nice cold kitchen but need it to be on 19c to cool the whole unit.

After literally flying in circles for a couple hours and landing back in brisbane around midnight, the lady on the phone from Pegasus was super polite, friendly and helpful. The following morning the guy who was working the room service was also so helpful and kind. Thank you for making a shocking experience manageable!

Only 9 minutes from airport, clean, cosy, welcoming, quality - with pool access and nice hair shampoo and conditioner products, with 2 handy take away options within walking distance. Perfect for night before flight!

One of the worst motels I have stayed in.
The rooms are really dirty, yellow pillows.
AC is at least 50 years old , raised toilet with sharp edges, health and safety risk.

Charged me twice, when asked for refund, the customer representative couldn't see the transaction. when i refuted my bank , somehow it became visible !

Overall, OK. No reception to reach out for anything or leave luggage early or late but they have taxi button for ease of service, rooms clean but slightly old especially the aircon but everything is still good for the price.
