Beautifully renovated clean rooms with plenty of parking. But the bed is so hard I contemplated sleeping on the floor at one point. The bed is 2 singles pushed together but in this case they do not join well, the pillows are also hard but so thick that you feel like your chin is in your chest.
Unfortunately you also hear the full conversation of anyone in the hallway or in the room next door.

It was a lovely place to stay. A very convenient location, walking distance to Eagle Farm Race Course. Just up the road are a good range of coffee shops. The rooms are clean and well appointed. This accommodation has a large pool with a spa. The area is relatively quiet and easy to get to. Just remember, the entrance to the accommodation is off Duke St, not Lancaster Rd.|The reception staff are very friendly, polite, and respectful. I would highly recommend this accommodation, it's my second stay.

Bathroom was new and nice but that’s about it. The room was small and cramped. The bed was hard and the pillows were terrible. The room was very noisy between the stairwell that was tiled and loud, the barking dog, the planes and the vibration from the fridge that woke me at 4 am. Bring your ear plugs if you want to sleep. There was no full length mirror and you were expected to wash dishes in the marble bathroom. Felt the bathroom and the dinky 1970 bedroom were worlds apart. Can’t leave the curtains open as you are looking into other rooms. King sized bed took up the entire space. Wouldn’t recommend.

Older style unit however very clean, fully self contained and excellent location to stay if needing to fly out early. Opposite Bowls Club so easy to get a meal and a drink. Only negative was the ensuite is quite tight/small.

We absolutely loved our stay. We had a ground floor apartment and it went out to the courtyard and pool. We had everything we needed for our stay and would recommend this to our friends and family. Very close to airport. It was only a 10 min trip to the airport.

Unless you were seriously hard up to find a place to stay in Ascot, I would not recommend room at Quest 14B studio apartments. $224 per night was seriously overpriced for what we received. Need to update main room. On the positive, staff and bathroom were great.

I had a 2 day stay in Brisbane at the Quest. The residence is excellent, the staff are extremely helpful. I highly recommend the property.
