Fascinating to see both Aboriginal and Non Aboriginal history from an Aboriginal descendant and historical researcher of the Dundaburra traditional people of Buth'arth of the Northern Kabi Kabi Nation. Thumbs up to all who have spent so much time and effort over the years to preserve precious items of historical significance and importance 👍

It was well worth planning our visit for when the village was open. The historical items were well presented, interesting & there was lots to see in each building. The volunteer tour guides, some of whom were descendants of local people mentioned in the exhibits, were informative, friendly & helpful. I highly recommend visiting this museum. Thank you & congratulations to the volunteers.

Well worth stopping to enjoy this historical display a 'step back in time'. Entry via donation is an excellent means to attract visitors. The displays are well kept and the grounds excellent. All operated by Volunteer members of the ISIS District Historical Society - Mon to Fri 9am - 12 noon

There is a few I'll buildings and some old cane trains, if the displays and buildings were open it would be half interesting, but it appears its only by appointment and we don't want to waste there time for a group of 2..
