Fantastic little family winery, well worth a visit! We were passing through and decided to see what subtropically-grown grapes would be like...we were not disappointed! Mary was a bubbly host and explained her family / Sicilian immigrants history with winemaking in this region. The wines themselves were excellent - Both reds and whites. Being from Victoria we're pretty spoiled for choice but the Petit Verdot here was divine. Very reasonable prices too!

Great Wine and super informative host.
We thought we had missed out on a visit to this Family run Winery when it was closed last Tuesday.
Mary called back and opened to allow us to sample their delightful wines.
Well worth a visit for a taste and a chat.
Learnt so much about Food and Wine in one hour. 👌

This is the second time I’ve visited this winery. We are from South Australia so last time was a few years back. Although the cellar door was not open Mary opened it up for us as we see passing through the area at that time. This time we called ahead to find out if they were open given today is a national public holiday. Last time my favourite was the fat frogs semillon. I still love it my fave was a red nanna gelso. If you are staying in Bundaberg or surrounds it’s well worth the trip. There is a very pretty garden and verandah where you can bring your picnic lunch. They make mango chutney from mangoes grown on site and dukkah honey and olive oil are also available at the cellar door. Mary says the mango trees forming a barrier around the property saved it when a cyclone came through more than a decade ago. Hospitality is great, the wines are great and the location is great. Will visit next e we are in this part of Queensland.

This is a lovely little family-owned winery (the best kind!). We saw a sign and stopped by on our way from Brisbane to Cairns. I highly recommend stopping by for a wine and liqueur tasting, you definitely don't want to miss ending your tasting with the lemoncello or coffee liqueur. We greatly enjoyed chatting with Terry, a local legend. The wines were absolutely fantastic, the Two Fat Frogs Semillon was a favorite - and we enjoyed our bottle!

Wonderful wines and lovely interesting hosts. Thankyou Mary and Terrence! We bought a couple of bottles each of their beautiful sparkling, a lovely dry interesting Cab Merlot and a sweetish red too (which will be perfect with a nice curry). They have other wines too. Very worthwhile checking out!

Mary was a lovely host for us and the wine was fantastic. The house was lovely and cool and the garden beautiful. Mary took her time to chat and explain the wines in detail and we felt very welcome and not rushed through as happens at some wineries.
It's very clear they have a passion and don't cut corners and the dedicating comes through with the delicious choices of wine they craft.
Bought enough wine for the next bit of our trip but we can't wait for an excuse to go back.

Dropped in on our way through whilst travelling and spent a pleasant time trying the wines (and purchasing) plus a wonderful discussion about cooking and gardening. I will be returning to see Mary next time I can to share wine and recipes and take in the view. Thank you for your hospitality!
