We stayed in Room 1 and enjoyed the best sleep over 2 nights. The AC was awesome and the lay out of the room was very comfortable. I needed to do some emergency work on my computer for 4 hours and the dining area was able to be quickly transformed into a desk - so handy! Really enjoyed our stay - thanks heaps!

This is our 'must go to' place when we want a break from the ' ordinary day-to-day living ' experience of our home. We live down near the sea but enjoy coming up into the hills to fill our lungs full of fresh country air.| It is only an hour away, but the experience of coming to a motel that has everything we need for a refreshing short break is a must.|I think this visit was our fourth time in the last five years. Sometimes, we've been away on a longer holiday and just want to have a rest before returning to the busyness of life.|The owners and staff are always polite and very welcoming on our arrival. Or even before that, when I make the booking, they want to know if there's anything they can help with before our arrival. We enjoy that personal touch very much.|The rooms are a good size; the beds are lovely and comfortable, and the towels are nice and soft. Extra pillows or bedding are available on request.|There's a guest advisory book to help one decide where to stop for a bite to eat and a Woolworths shopping centre close by.|

What a find! Our Customer Service experience was one of excellent great old fashioned rural customer service, mostly lost to a bygone era. This was noteable. Our room was spotless: shower and toilet were separate areas, both small but with great water pressure. Location, depending on fitness, is walking distance to main street shops, hotel etc. Closer is Woolworths, chemist, laundromat, service station etc literally 400-500m approx. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I stayed here for one night. Rooms are clean and well presented. There is a supermarket and shops across the the road within walking distance. Will stay here again. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Stayed twice recently on a road trip, the staff were friendly and very helpful.|Older style motel, close to Hwy so if you're a light sleeper take ear plugs. we stayed in a twin room, clean, beds very comfy, shower works great, toilet adequate, Aircond cold. Woolworths and other shops across the street. Great recommendation from Motel owners - Neva Cafe 200m away, Meat lovers large Pizza, never had a pizza with so much topping-awesome. They also do Kebabs, Gozleme, Pides, fish & chips plus more.

Accommodation was booked by my work. On arrival was met by the owners who checked me in quickly then offered to share their dinner with me (loved the bacon in the pumpkinsoup!), then gave me icecream..
Room was tidy, quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
Thanks guys for going out of your way to make my stay a memorable one.. would recommend this place!!

One of the cheapest places to stay in Childers. Its location is good. It’s clean and comfortable. It’s a bit dated, but we were only passing through for one night and it was more than sufficient for our needs. Parking is available and partially covered. We would stay again.
