Do yourself a favour and indulge in the best experience/ day spa in the country! From the second I stepped into InnerSense the only way to describe it was pure magical. The customer service, location, treatments, atmosphere and products were all 10 out of 10. I had the luxury of having the new 90 minute headspa experience with the beautiful Lauren and it was 90 minutes of phenomenal bliss. The warm, kind welcoming smiles and laughter from all the ladies was the absolute cherry on top of pure indulgent relaxation morning. Cannot wait to go back!

I recently had a facial with Sonya and it was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. Sonya is so friendly as well as professional and her expertise were evident throughout the entire session. The facial itself was incredibly rejuvenating. Sonya used high-quality products and tailored the treatment to suit my skin's needs. Her technique was both soothing and effective, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and glowing.
