I had such a horrible experience having lunch here recently.

Experience: it started horrible…, my partner went to a staff to asked for a menu, before he says a word, the staff started with ‘what do you need’ with a really uncomfortable tone towards him.
After got the menu, we raised our hands to order, and many staff members walked around the cafe, but no one noticed us. We were so hungry that we went to the front counter to order, only to be told to go back to our seats and wait. After that, when I got my food, I didn't have any cutlery to use. Therefore, I kindly asked a staff member, "Can I please have some cutlery?" She then looked at my partner's cutlery and asked if it was clean. That was for my partner, and because he had ordered a wrap, she told him to give me the cutlery instead. My partner was too stunned by her attitude and didn't want to argue, but just because he ordered a wrap doesn't mean he couldn't use cutlery. She walked away after that, leaving us feeling uncomfortable. We ended up sharing the cutlery because the wraps kept opening up. Imagine two people sharing a knife, fork, and one napkin in a restaurant! And guess what happened? I was eating, with food on my hand, when she came to our table to clean and asked for my plate. Hello, I'm still eating! Just because I had one bite left doesn't mean I was finished with my food.

Food: Not so great, but not bad either. It would be better with some tartar sauce.

(And don’t comeback to me saying because i ordered fish and chips, i also don’t need cutlery)

After all, a poor experience from a big cafe chain in Australia, we came to eat, and we paid to eat, not like we’re robbing from your kitchen. If you have a bad day, hide it somewhere else, don’t throw it around on random people.

Fast service. Nice atmosphere. Good seating available. Offered water on tables. The juice was freshly made. The toasted sandwich was great, fresh and toasted lightly. Well presented. Highly recommended

Always delicious coffee, excellent customer service and mouthwatering food. No wonder this place is always busy. Their food menu has so many choices. I love trying something new whenever I visit them. Keep up good work guys.

Hello, we went to have breakfast in this cafe which looked very nice. And as a Frenchman I can only admit that we were very disappointed. The service is very correct, welcoming and friendly people as well as the atmosphere of the restaurant which is not unpleasant. However, when we talk about food it is something else, extremely expensive prices for the quantity and quality provided, a taste of plastic with almost all the ingredients, this breakfast is not a success. I still point out that the coffee is not so bad compared to the food. I think it will be the last time for us.

There was 11 of us and half of our meals had to go back. They were cold or wrong. The young waitress was extremely unfriendly and had quite a rude attitude. The birthday lady was told she had to wait for her meal after it being sent back because they were busy serving another table which was Appalling attitude and I would not go back there again.

First time visitor. Loved the decor, the seating, the service, and the friendliness, efficiency and thoughtfulness of the wait staff. The banana smoothie was delicious, and the steak done to perfection. It all made for a lovely evening. Thank you.

Cafe wasn't busy when I arrived, but it took over 20 minutes for my simple order to arrive, while people around me who ordered after me were already eating. It must have been sitting waiting to be taken by the waitress, as when I started eating the food was cold.
This place used to be great, but a rise in menu prices and the lesser quality food will definitely make me think twice before another visit.

Had an excellent lunch here. the pork was cooked beautifully, & tasty as can be. The chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce was yummy, the scrambled eggs were delicious. The vegetables were under cooked.( my only complaint) The. Coffee was good & the service first class. Very relaxed setting, no rush to give up our table & leave. I like this place & would return happily when in the centre.
