we booked on 4 / 1 /19 jan for a concert at the entertainment center , today 19 / 3 / 19 i get this email saying 6 days away from going to stay !!!! Hi, the room had other arrangements, so no longer available on the day for your booking . Could you please cancel the booking. We are sorry for the inconvenience , this was the exact email copy pasted !!! REALLY AFTER NEARLY 3 MONTHS OF HAVING THIS BOOKING WOW ,what other arrangements maybe i needed to book 4 months ahead , SO DID NOT WANT TO STAY THERE NOW SO I CANCELLED AS REQUESTED!

Thought this would be a great place to stay so I could walk to a concert at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre (about half an hour).||Bad start when no one was there to greet me and let me into the room even after check in time. When I finally got into the room a pest control guy was let in to spray my room leaving pesticide all over the tiles floors and window sill.||There was no secure parking for my car which I had to park on the front of the property next to the main road and footpath. The property also houses a massage business and one of the clients whinged at me for taking up a space.||The back yard that guests have access to was unkempt wit trip hazards and not Zen at all.||Potential bookers to this property should be aware that there is a white vertical metal structural beam in the middle of the floor of the bedroom. I actually hit my forehead on this beam.||I did walk to the concert but on the way there I noticed there were plenty of safe places I could have parked my car along the way instead of either staying at this place or parking at the BEC.||I would not stay here again.

Zen was extreamly kind and willing to help us as much as she could. Made sure we were happy even after I was disappointed at first. She went out of her way to make sure my wife and I were happy. I might go back again.
