Second time with Lauren. She is the sweetest. I love how she did my brows. I felt so relaxed getting my brows waxed thanks to the ambient music and lighting. I felt extra special when offered tea and a comfortable seat in the spa waiting room after my appointment to let the redness from waxing to reduce. I was allowed to stay until I was ready to leave.

I have used Elle Becha PAC Fair for four years and never had any problems then I moved and had to use Chermside location. I had the worst experience the service they provided me was very poor. I got henna eyebrows and eye lash lift which was very expensive. My eye brows looked like angry bird that’s what my girls told me it was so bad I couldn’t go out of my place and the eye lash tint couldn’t tell any difference. After asking for my credit back that I had with them because I prepaid they said no I couldn’t have my money back. Not only I never got anywhere with the manager she was so rude and kept on talking over me. I called head office and they said there is nothing they can do. Now I still have money on my account that I can’t use because of poor service and can’t get my money out. I wish I looked at their reviews for that location before I used them.

I went to Ella Baché on a whim for some waxing and I was really impressed. The staff were so lovely and professional and made me feel at ease quickly. They were very considerate of my pregnancy and let me pop out to the toilet when I needed to, and the atmosphere was also just so calming, which was lovely. I will definitely be back after the experience I had with them 😊
