Such a great experience at the cinema today, took the kids today and will definitely be back. We were greeted by a lovely young lady named Grace, it was very busy and she looked physically exhausted but she still took the time to greet me with a bright smile and helped me with an issue we were having with our seats. She was so friendly and dealt with the issue so quickly and professionally, even though she definitely had a million other things to be doing. Great Job!

Movie start time was 10 am. Actual start time was 10:25 am. Yeah, that's 25 minutes of advertising. Do better Event. Seat was comfy, popcorn a wee bit stale and the prepacked boxes not overly full.

Chermside Gold Class has recently, well two years ago! , been upgraded.
Excellent customer service, choice of beverages and food.
Chairs are amazing, and recline to any angle.
Plus they are heated which is lovely on your back.
Special light in the middle to see your food.
Ten out of ten.
We watched Gladiator II , best way to enjoy an action film.

Love going for a bit of recliner action... so nice to have the new look and feel with great chairs with warmers in them. Love the to seat service as well... do find it a bit over priced

$31 ticket and they didn't even bother to matt the corners of the screen to the right aspect ratio (no black border). They need to do better if they want to be known as merchants of real cinema. The comfy seat is not enough for that price.

I would give 0 stars but there is no option. My wife, daughter and I went to watch the Joker 2 here (which would also receive a 0 star rating) I ordered a kids cocktail and two adult cocktails, all different, but they all tasted like cordial for some reason and the same? We then got a call over the speaker that our movie was now available to be seated. On our way there, our food passed us on the way back to the kitchen, we reached our seats and a few moments later our food returned, popcorn cold, stale and unflavoured. The margarita pizza was inedible, we paid over 400$ for an experience that has put us off Gold class.

I dislike the parking lot at the Cinema. I really dont come because i find it a nightmare during peak times. I do like, the instant tickets machine, lots of candy bar options, cinema session, choices, times and Gold class!
