I wish I could give half stars - 3 1/2
House and area is beautiful. Wildlife and surrounds are so calming. Very enjoyable. House is well appointed. Make sure you check out the view from the top of the hill behind the house.
I do wish there was warning about the dirt road leading to the house/cement driveway, as it's a bit of a rough road. I'm glad we arrived in the daylight and I don't have a really low car.
The water pressure in the shower is very low, might be for water saving purposes. The silicone around the bottom outside of the shower needs some attention.
Unfortunately a few items in the kitchen were dirty.
Also would have been nice to have more than one portable heater, so that one could be in each bedroom.

Very nice and interesting house!
Finding it was difficult in the dark with Govan Way being a narrow dirt track hidden by weeds from the main road. The driveway is quite steep and our front wheel drive wagon needed a few attempts to get traction (pretty nerve wracking in the dark!).
Loved having the wood stove to warm the living areas up.
The beds were very comfortable and had electric blankets.
The kids room is adjacent to the living room and kitchen, so if you wanted the little ones to go to bed while adults stay up late, then you better be quiet.
Separate verandas coming off the bedrooms seemed odd, but I guess is designed for privacy.
We all had a lovely long weekend here.
I wish we could have stayed for a week.

Lovely spot away from the world. Would have had great views if it wasn't for the dust in the air. We shall blame the drought and strong winds. Very comfortable home. So loved the bird life and visiting wallabies.

Very enjoyable stay. Relaxing and very peaceful with lovely views. Accommodation was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Great way to escape the heat in summer.
