Great, clean, refurbished room with a view of the City Hall clocktower. Only disappointment was soap in shower was empty.
Staff were all friendly and helpful and I appreciated being able to get a toothbrush kit as I'd left mine at home.
Loved the waste separation bin.
Shower head and pressure was fantastic.
Rooftop bar was less atmospheric than I'd imagined but there was no one there on a Thursday at 9pm.
Perfect location for access to all the city has to offer. I was going to an event at City Hall and it was great to walk out, cross the road, and be in my hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Great central location and easy to walk to. Drop off of bags etc a little challenging as the hotel driveway was constantly taken up with cars parked so not really easy to drop off or pick up.

The reception staff were lovely, and the bar staff extremely friendly. Unfortunately the rooms are dated and need a really good clean. The bathroo. Had some mould and looked like it needed a really good scrub. The room itself was basic. Nothing really stood out. The lounge was broken/aged and felt unclean. The basic necessities were there like bar fridge (not stocked) kettle, dryer, iron etc but felt a little disappointed in the maintenance of the room. For the price though, we may stay again just for the convenience of walking everywhere.

Had a really pleasant overnight stay. Got the free membership offer that came with a late check-out and 2 free drinks voucher that we used for coffee and hot chocolate. Was really good! Thank you. It has a pool and the location is excellent. Hopefully next time the rooftop bar will be open.

Night one we found blood on the 'fresh' towels provided in the room.
Upon arrival to the room, the air con wouldn't turn on.
Tried to call reception and maintenance and after 5 rings, we were hung up on. Tried this multiple times.
Went out for the night, came back around 11 and the room was still so hot that we were sweating. Tried to call again with again no answer.
I emailed the hotel with these issues.
Received no response overnight.

The next day we left a sign on the door for the towels to be changed - this did happen and finally we could shower with a towel that didn't have blood on it.

The only response I have received from the hotel is that i should call their phone number from my mobile if I would like to talk to someone.

Not even an apology or recognition of there being an issue with the cleanliness of towels. I think it is a serious issue that they seem happy to ignore.

There were flying insects in the room. Rom service person had notified and taken photos. Level 15 had the coldest air-conditioning in the guest room. After I moved to level 14 coldness level just ok, hot day it could be not that cold.

During day 1, the manager treated me well by offering me discount hotel carpark and free snacks every 1 day. Every request I made, all got fulfilled.

Great central location.. Our room had a wonderful view of the old Red & white church towered over by modern glass office buildings. Staff friendly & helpful. Buffet all you can eat breakfast to start the day.Only thing that cld have been improved was the exterior windows of the room needed a wash. Otherwise h8ghly recommended, reasonable price especially when breakfast included.

The overall experience was not good. Especially the roof top bar which we couldn’t access. We were given multiple vouchers to redeem at the roof top bar but it is a shame that we couldn’t use it on any of the four nights that we stayed in the hotel. It was surprising to see a bar close before 10pm. On one of the days it was closed before 9:30 and I am not referring to Sunday and Monday as on these two days the bar doesn’t open at all. The mini fridge in the room had just a milk packet so had no idea what to do with it. Some employees were helpful but others at the reception did not offer any form of compensation for the disappointment related to roof top bar and the mini fridge. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND this hotel if one is looking to have a good experience. The experience was below par.

Check-in was seamless and the staff were professional and friendly. We took our bags to our room and left them as we had to be out and gone. On returning to the hotel the room was clean but every time we moved something there were tiny moths and eggs on walls. The carpet was thread bare in places. We reported it the next day. Not a cheap hotel but room needed a big upgrade for the money. The breakfast was lovely and well worth eating here. We think that $50.00 to park overnight is too much when paying to stay in the hotel.
