This is not for family if you are single/couple and want budget room yeah sure but not with your toddler who wants to touch and roll over on the carpets only people with kids will understand this. Geez, the rooms were outdated, and the door handle was broken. The carpet was 🤢 .

Good parts,
The reception was nice.
Beds are comfy
The location is good.
And you get a free chocolate 🤣

Check in was easy, on arrival leaky toilet cistern, which was fixed promptly. Staff polite.
On exit of the lift, the carpets are stained and walls dirty. Not a very good impression when you get out of the lift.
No staff after 5pm.
Pool out of order, ? Maintenance.
Upon looking more closely at the room when we got back after our afternoon out it wasn't cleaned properly.
Cobwebs, mould, dust old tissues under lounge cushions didn't seem as though that part was cleaned.
Dated chipped furniture,
Dining chairs ripped/ worn, single beds don't lock and are on rollers on a laminate floor.
Air conditioning worked well.
Verandah dirty ,stained with old spilt drinks had not been mopped.
The location was good ,but I would not stay here again I would prefer to spend a bit more and get something clean.

Locations was good. However, apartment was very dated and dirty. Roller on the beds can’t lock. Hence, the bed will move when you sleep on it. Washing machine and dryer are not clean too. Absolutely disappointed.

Not worth the price. Both apartments that we booked were unclean and unkempt. The shower walls were filthy and someone else’s used soap was still in the shower. The toiletries provided were all half-used. The fridge in one of our rooms still had someone else’s food in it. Half of the curtains were missing in the rooms. The staff at the front desk were pleasant though.

My girlfriends and I just stayed up on the weekend and it was a complete mess. I called up 3 times previously confirming that we could check in at 11am and messaged them as well, as we needed an early check in and wanted to make sure it was possible. They said that the room would definitely be ready by then. We arrived at 11 and the receptionist had AirPods in which personally I think is unprofessional and told me the room would be ready in an hour. I got frustrated at him as it had been confirmed 4 times that I could check in at 11. He got the boss to come down and she moved us to another room that would be ready earlier but still had to end up waiting 40 minutes for the cleaners to finish. We were all furious as we had somewhere to be. We finally got into our apartment and the first thing we noticed was the smell. It was horrible. There were stains all on the carpet, a black mark on one of the curtains, poo stains in one of the toilets and mould all on the bathtub. It was absolutely revolting and will not be staying here again and neither should you.

Absolutely shocking experience. Have never stayed at a dirtier place. Dust everywhere, gum found on top the doorframe, dead skin eating beetles crawling over the stained carpet. No manager on site. The washing machine taps barely let any cold water through and what little water got into the machine made our clothes smell like boggy water. I feel sorry to have ever let my young children stay in such an utterly disgusting environment.

Don't book anything through this disgusting, filthy place. Stains on everything, the shower was mouldy, the shower head was broken and so was the toilet seat. The stove had disgusting mouldy cheese and food baked on the inside. The bedroom walls were filthy and the carpet in the main living area had massive stains as did the loungeroom curtain and the matress's are so stained.The balcony was filthy and 2 of the chairs had seen better days and there was old smoke butts on the ground. To be honest I don't think the room had been cleaned at all. We were offered another room but it was just as bad, we stayed 2 nights out of our 9 nights and wanted a refund of the other 7 and go else where due to the uncleanliness but were refused. The lady at the front counter was rude and no help at all. Don't stay here....

Shame you can't leave zero stars, we were put in a filthy room. Stains on the pillow cases, dirty walls, floors, curtains. Mold covered shower, broken shower head and toilet seat. The oven even had burnt cheese still in it. The hallways are disgusting and stink! We were shown two other rooms to choose from because we werent happy and they were equally as gross. We were supposed to stay an additional 7 nights but found alternative accommodations instead. It's a health and safety hazard. Obviously they weren't helpful at all when we asked for a refund. The worst hotel experience I've ever had.
