My sister and I hadn't seen each other in 2 years and decided to meet up in Brisbane for the weekend. Adina Apartments were great! The staff had left a lovely card "Sisters" and had placed a very generous grazing board of strawberries, apricots, shortbread and a range of chocolate in the fridge, along with a bottle of bubbly. This was a lovely personal touch and was very much appreciated.
We found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful.
The location is great for exploring the city and if you need to catch the train, it is right near Central Station.
The room was clean and tidy and the water pressure of the shower was good. The beds and pillows were comfy.
We had to evacuate one morning (early....aagh) due to a fire alarm (maybe someone was smoking in their room). Despite this being annoying, it is good to know that their system works well. We were back inside within about 20 minutes.
I would stay here again.

We were greeted by a lovely person who asked us about our trip, etc. We got into the room, which was on the ground floor and it felt old but it was semi spacious. I had a shower as soon as we got in and noticed mould all underneath the body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Maybe they don’t expect people to move them, but I had to read the ingredients for allergy reasons. The water took a good few minutes to turn warm and the bathroom sliding door didn’t shut all the way, which would have been awkward if I was with someone other than my husband.
When we went to bed, I looked up, and the aircon vent was COVERED in mould. Right above the bed! I felt gross breathing in the air. It had been a 40 degree day, so I couldn’t turn it off. It was 1am at this point so complaining wasn’t an option. The aircon was also SO loud. It woke me up every time it would kick back on. We also had a lot of water running through pipes noise. I can’t believe I paid nearly $400 a night for this (lucky it was only one). When checking out, I asked if they could hold some baggage until about 2pm. The person was not very nice, no smile, seemed like it was a big issue, but then a lovely lady on the other side of the desk smiled and said of course. There was no easily accessible bathroom for guests on the bottom floor other than in the rooms, and if you’re an outside of room bathroom goer when it’s ‘that’ time, especially when the bathroom door doesn’t shut properly, I know you’d want to know that. The view was rubbish, just the roof of a random building. The TV only has some free to air television, and the terrible channels at that. There was a lot of questionable people hanging around the area, which felt unsafe. I know that’s not the hotel’s fault, but it felt yuck walking around out the front. There’s no restaurant, no pool, no gym. For the price, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

For a $342 a night room, the price is a bit elevated for what it is. Yes, location is awesome, but the room is just a room and nothing else. There is no pool or any other facilities, just a reception, lifts and rooms, which have bathrooms lacking in proper cleaning. Tiles in bath area have unscrubbed pink/dark grouting. At the time of booking, is said "city view", well we have no view at all and an unaccessible mini balcony with no view.

Have stayed in 2 different rooms, on 3rd level and on ground level. Was dubious of a room on ground floor but it turned out ok once we got over the fact that as long as we had the inner curtain drawn to keep our privacy and used to the bus stop being directly outside the window, it was fine. Decent size for a couple with conveniency of kitchenette for simple meals if needed at a great central location.

Love that Adina preserve historical buildings for their hotels and this is why they are my first choice.|The room was lovely, bed was comfy and the hairdryer was good. Teabags are Pickwick brand which are reasonable|Only fault was mouldy grout in the shower which could easily be removed.||The staff are excellent! Friendly and helpful
