Word to the wise do not stay here!, for the price of 400 something a night you can get a lot better anywhere else. Very very run down interiors compared their website pictures, it feels like a op shop apartment thrown together with leftover furniture and pieces they’ve found. Kitchen utensils weren’t clean, bed was thrown together and like sleeping on a rock. O out of 5 stars

We had a great experience with our two night stay. Our apartment was stunning - two bed two bath - lovely new appliances and washing machine and dryer. Spotless and fresh smelling. Comfortable beds, a variety of different height pillows - and the managers could have not been more obliging when I remembered I left an item behind and they have found it and are posting to me. The situation of this building is outstanding - literally 2 minutes walk to restaurants etc. River-cat stops just up the street. The building gardens, foyer and lifts are all lovely. We stayed in apartment 6 2nd floor.

SCAM! RIP OFF! HORRIBLE SERVICE! FALSE ADVERTISING! these are all things that we experienced during our stay in the Riverside Plaza apartments.To start we got no check information so we were locked outside as the receptionist was not there to open doors and give out room keys. We had to call someone wait on the line for 10 minitues before even getting the room key from a vault. We got to our room 16A expect it apparently didn't exist. As they had told us no information we couldn't find our room. Eventually we figured out where the room was and once we got in we were greeted with two sofas in one living room, a very basic kitchen one bathroom and one bedroom when we booked two bedrooms there beds and two living rooms. We were not very happy we called the receptionist who then told us the bed was a crappy sofa bed that had things poking into your back and had no bedding. So we had to buy bedding for 65 dollars to which they gave us only 2 sheets and 2 blankets not even pillows or towels. In result we had one of the worst sleep we've ever had and all that for 300 dollars per night. Definitely not worth the price.

We had booked to stay here for NYE/NYD 2025 at the start of 2024 we booked because there was a fantastic deal going through BOOKINGS.COM and it was our first actual time in over 25yrs that my husband and myself got to celebrate together. We have all our confirmation on our end to say it was locked in. We got to the premises after a 2hr drive only to be told by the staff that we had NO BOOKING & that they cancelled it January 2024 There was NO verbal or digital confirmation but They still proceeded to cover their actions by blaming bookings.com and there was nothing they could do.
There was NO help from them whatso ever and now because of their wrong doing and misleading actions we've had to pay an excessive amount of money to stay somewhere last minute and try salvage what's left of what was supposed to be the most romantic New year's for us, has now become a very expensive nightmare.

Helpful and polite and would recommend to others. They allow us to check in early and explain anything we asked. Yes we would stay again. The view was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay.|Handy to shopping and getting transport was no problem.

Never coming here again. Very old, out dated and dirty. The TV unit had dust all over it.
I booked a room for 3 people. There was 1 double bed and they expected our friend to sleep on a small uncomfortable "sofa bed" which was basically just a couch. No aircon in bedroom, just an old aircon in living room. Cost $513 for 1 night and only good thing about the hotel was the view and location. Would not recommend at all.

This was a great apartment with fantastic views of the river. Our apartment looked directly over the Maritime Museum & the foot/cycle bridge & Southbank just a short walk through the park. Undercover secure parking. Nice comfy leather lounges & big TV with Netflix etc. Big kitchen with lots of appliances but not much crockery/cutlery so it would have been a waste of time to use the dishwasher. Comfortable bed, pillows & huge wardrobe. Very large bathroom with washing machine & dryer. Unfortunately if u didn’t have the shower screen in just the right position then the whole bathroom flooded. We had to put a towel along the outside as when it flooded the tiles became like an ice rink, extremely slippery. There was not even one hook or rail to hang towels, this is a pet hate of mine & is so simple to rectify. Pity it rained the whole time we were there so we only ventured out when we had to. Overall though this was a great place & we will definitely stay here.

Great location South end of Southbank close to Cafes, Hotels & restaurants. Walking distance. One bedroom studio unit, Balconies. With excellent Brisbane CBD & River views. Some apartments differ. But ours was great Kitchen , Comfortable bed, Clean Bathroom. Wifi good.. Studio's vary in layout..
