The people are nice, and the RAs are happy to assist, but the rooms are very old and not sound proof, plus the facilities are kind of old, and there could be dead insects everywhere during summer nights. Also the kitchen’s foods are only nice for the first few weeks, hence this is a nice place but not worth the price.
Thank you.

Grace College is a wonderful home away from home where I have always felt comfortable and safe. It is an inclusive and welcoming environment for women from all backgrounds, internationally and domestic. Grace provides 3 meals a day that cater to any dietary requirements and the lovely staff are always happy to do what they can to make you feel more at home. Living at college allows you participate in cultural, sporting and social activities which form friendships and memories for life, and choosing Grace gives everyone an equal opportunity to participate and make the most of it!

Genuinely one of the best decisions I have ever made, such a fun and supportive environment!! Coming from a regional town, I have been given so many opportunities here at Grace, I wouldn't have otherwise gotten to do (like be a part of the rowing team without any experience, also participating in AFL, soccer, and Dancefest). Grace is one of the smaller colleges, however it means that you genuinely do get to participate in so many things without requiring prior experience (which you most likely would require at bigger colleges). The facilities are also quite good, the rooms are very well stocked (no matter what room you get!!!). Meaning that they pretty much come with everything you need, including: extra plates and cutlery (for when you want to make toast etc), sheets (that get washed every week), a pillow, lots and lots of storage, a pretty comfortable bed, a full-length mirror, as well as mirror that are lined with LED lights, an extremely large built-in wardrobe, a built-in ceiling fan, large windows (with a good fly screen). Also, these things may not sound that great, but unfortunately they aren't offered at every college, so they are definitely pluses (especially the fly screens and fans in summer!!!!). Other things that the college has to offer are really good common rooms, with nice fridges, and toasters, and also communal milk and bread that you can help yourself to any time. I'm probably missing many things as well. But most importantly, all the girls I have met, are genuinely so sweet, the environment is definitely what sets it apart from the other colleges!!

660/week more like 62mystomach 💀Meals are included but they are awful. Moreover, I’m studying foundation so my academic calendar is different from those who are studying bach so my holidays are different too. Other people go on holidays when I still have to go to school. They kicked me out without notice and made me switch to a more expensive room but meals are not included. I had to find some where else to stay until the holiday is over. Awful experience DON’T COME HERE.

Grace College is an amazing place to stay while studying at UQ. There are so many opportunities and once in a life time experiences. You could have been a volleyball player your whole life but now be into basketball, AFL and soccer. Grace college is my home away from home!

While moving out of home (for the first time for most of us), is incredibly daunting, Grace echoes a homely environment. Grace is uniquely different to other colleges in size (which is our greatest asset) because this means human connection is never lacked - you truly are in a wonderful community here and everyone knows you by name. Staff are wonderful, rooms are comfortable and we have a dog.

- 3 meals a day
- 5 minute walk to class (for UQ students)
- 15 minute drive/ferry into the CBD

Grace College is an extremely supportive and open community. I have made some of the best friends of my life here and have been offered so many opportunities that would not have been available to me otherwise. I would highly recommend living on College at UQ and I would recommend Grace College as the best accommodation and community available.
