The service was wonderful! I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable hotel manager/concierge. I was able to leave my bags in reception while my room was made ready. I arrived much earlier than the check in time, and after a long journey from the U.K. they made my room really for me asap. The room was very comfortable and clean. I had two different bookings and they ensured that I could keep the same room during my week’s stay.
I was given excellent advice for travelling on public transport and local attractions. Thank you very much all at Soho Brisbane.

I really don’t have anything bad to say. From the moment we walked into the reception, we were incredibly happy. The greeting from the gentleman behind reception was wonderful and his insights and help were second to none.
The room was comfortable, clean and had all that we needed for a great stay.
Parking was limited but we got a spot without trouble and walked all around the city from the hotel as a base.
Would absolutely stay again.

SoHo Brisbane in Spring Hill is a fantastic find! Ideally located, it’s clean, comfortable, and perfect as a base to explore Brisbane. Ray at the front desk is an absolute legend—always up for a chat, super helpful, and full of great local tips. While free parking is limited, there’s plenty of paid options nearby and free spots after 7 pm behind the property. Don’t let the exterior fool you—it’s a cozy and convenient place to rest your head!

The room was modest, and the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but everything was clean and functional.

The location of the hotel was very convenient.

It is worth mentioning that this was the only hotel I have stayed in Australia that required identification from all guests staying in a room.

It was not inexpensive, and better value can be found elsewhere.

A lovely stay. The hotel is in a great location across from beautiful parklands. Easy walk into the city. Restaurants and cafes nearby. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Nice balcony off each room to enjoy the city. The staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Great location - only a 10 min walk into the CBD or a short bus trip from just outside the hotel doors. Close to Roma St Station.

The rooms were decent and we had a nice balcony and a spacious bathroom. There was daily housekeeping as well.

The hotel has no lifts so it is difficult carrying bags up 3-4 flights of stairs. The hotel also advertises free parking included with all stays, however, there is no parking available and street parking is very costly. The restaurant is also closed and there aren't many choices to eat close to the hotel.
