I was a bit underwhelmed by the atmosphere and set up of this spa. While the actual spa experience was enjoyable. I didn’t like that I was sharing the same treatment time as two other ladies. The area that had the treatment beds were only separated by a sheer curtain, meaning I could hear everything that was happening with the other guests. I was expecting to the spa facilities to be actual private rooms.

It was also very uncomfortable after the treatment that us three ladies had to share a small communal space while they ‘blow dried’ our hair. I couldn’t properly relax as I was sharing a very small space with two strangers.

Also, I was expecting a full blow dry experience and having lovely smooth hair. But the blow dry, is actually a rush job, that left my hair damp and fluffy. As I have curly hair, the lady laughed at me saying ‘your hair is so frizzy and fluffy’ while she was drying off my hair. I was hoping I would leave the spa with lovely smooth hair, not having to immediately put my hair up.

As this spa charges the same amount as other head spa experiences, I would highly recommend you book else where. Particularly if you are after a more tranquil and private experience.

The whole experience felt very ‘cheap’ which was so disappointing as the signature package is just under $400.

My experience here today was truly fantastic. The atmosphere, music, and service were all excellent. I especially enjoyed the shoulder and neck massage, which really helped relieve my fatigue. Every staff member was kind and welcoming. I definitely want to visit again. Thank you for making my day so enjoyable!

The team are so considerate and take very good care of you the entire time of your appointment. I Did the couples session with my partner and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Cannot get over how relaxed we are. Highly recommend

Where do I start?! Firstly, as a hairdresser who runs by appointment I understand the the utmost importance of clients running on time, however I unfortunately got stuck at another appointment prior to my healing head spa session and as a result I was 5 minutes late to my 7pm app, I was greeted at the door and comforted and reassured that this is a peaceful place and to catch my breath and try to relax (I was frantic and sweaty as I had just ran 2k’s to try and make it on time)
Secondly the beautiful, kind, softly spoken young woman who did my head spa went above and beyond for me, I was relaxed, I was comfortable, I felt safe and secure and the whole experience all in all was just devine, I can’t recommend them enough! EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE needs to allow themselves to surrender to peace, tranquility and maximum relaxation. I’m not usually one to “treat myself” in spas but I’m glad I did and this will be the beginning of a monthly self care routine I think!

My friend and I went for a Sunday healing session and it was amazing! The space is comfortable and private, the treatment was so relaxing and enjoyable and my hair has never felt so soft! Will definitely be back again soon.
