The first we noticed about our 2 bedroom apartment was the horrid smell. The second thing was the dirty state of the tiles in the showers and bath. We refused to use the microwave as the door had caked on filth both inside and outside. We went out into the balcony to view the pool, which was very clean but the spa was disgusting and not useable. The tv remote didn’t work unless you got up and stood in front of the tv. As we were only there overnight we didn’t call anyone about the state of the apartment. Location was great.

I previously wrote a review which explained how and why I was so disappointed in the accommodation. After getting home I pleased to say I phoned the complex and that the manager listened to my complaints, and has promised a 30% refund.

Rooms basic and are looking forward to an update. The service was attentive and reliable and understanding. Having either the little dog waking you in the morning or the garbage truck at 6 15am every morning wasn't the most pleasant start. The block out curtains are amazing though. Nice and dark. To keep your room smelling neutral make sure you keep your patio door closed when you get a room towards the rear of the hotel. If you are more than 1.75 you may have troubles fitting into the shower.

Great staff, very clean apartment amazing location. Very comfy bed and the price was very competitive for the location. It will be my go to accommodation for Brisbane for now on. So much choice for restaurants, great coffee spots and West End is the new trendy location in Brisbane. Close to exhibition centre so close its an easy 12 minute walk, which suited me and my needs. I’ll be back!!

Deeply disappointed. I was advised day before departure that reservation would not be honored causing significant disruption to my plans. Direct contact with property in days leading up this was very frustrating as reception extremely unhelpful. At initial booking Wotif/Expedia advised additional confirmation was not necessary but property began sending emails insisting on additional information. Clearly communication between property and Wotif/Expedia is very poor and property treats Wotif/Expedia customers as second class citizens.

My four-night stay at West End Central Apartments was disappointing. There was no room service for the entire duration, and they failed to provide fresh towels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper despite multiple requests. I had to personally ask for assistance, but nothing was delivered. Moreover, there was no coffee in the room, and the phone didn't connect to the reception. The location was good, but the overall experience was unsatisfactory, even though I had already paid in advance.

The lady in reception was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. Her genuine and professional care to detail was wonderful. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Great walking access to many shops cafes and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying there .

The place smelt bad, the bathrooms and kitchens are very outdated, we had a massive and loud evacuation alarm go off and we we’re told by a staff member to stay in our room but we looked out the balcony and realised everyone had been evacuated apart from us and a fire truck was there. no staff at the office ever. just overall a very weird place with weird vibes. bad parking too
