This place was a complete disappointment, and the only redeeming factor was its location. The room we were assigned was cramped and felt more like a hostel, offering little space to move around or store our luggage. To make matters worse, the staff we interacted with were rude and unhelpful. Upon arrival, we had an issue with the toilet not flushing. While someone came to attempt a fix, the problem wasn't resolved, and we had to request a new room. Unfortunately, the new room was just as small as the first.
The website mentioned parking availability, but we were charged $35 per day, totaling $70 for our stay. we were told we needed to leave the carpark before 2pm which was fine until we tried to leave at 1:35, the exit code didn't work. We called the hotel twice but received no answer, forcing my friend to run back to the hotel while I had to maneuver the car back up to the parking area. When my friend arrived, they demanded an additional $35 to exit the lot! Fortunately, we were able to use the intercom to contact the parking service and finally exit.
This experience was far from what we expected, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I strongly suggest avoiding it altogether.

Brilliant location, friendly staff and clean, well appointed rooms. Lots of options in walking distance (shops, tourist attractions etc) and no shortage of public transport options if needed.
Room was clean and tidy with a massive tv! Staff were lovely to deal with and the option of a late checkout for a small fee is a bonus ! I would absolutely book here again.

The staff in this hotel is super nice and accommodating, and we really thank them for making our stay pleasant.

The location is as well great, right near south bank and with plenty of conveniences nearby

The room however was very small, and the noise from the other guests was quite persistent, could clearly hear the next room guests talking, and they were not being even loud. Also, the blinds don’t cover the windows fully and the bed was right under the window so I had to sleep with my head as the feet of the bed as it was too bright for me to sleep, I’d suggest wearing a mask (unfortunately I had none) on the other hand there was plenty of toiletries and the room was spotless, the bed as well was super comfortable

Terrible experience - Will never stay again!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was a disaster from start to finish. The room was incredibly small, barely enough space for our suitcase. When we first arrived, we were given a room with a broken toilet, but after complaining, we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, it was just as cramped.

The problems didn’t end there. The hotel parking situation was awful. We were told we would pay $70 for two days in a parking garage a few blocks away, with re-entry allowed, but when we tried to leave, the access code provided was invalid. I had to run back to the hotel to inform them of the issue. The manager was completely unhelpful, telling me I had to pay an additional $35 because we were late. I explained that I had to wait in line at the front desk for 10 minutes and that was the reason for the delay, but he just brushed me off with no solution.

The customer service was absolutely horrendous—I've never experienced anything like it. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I will never stay here again!

Honestly I give it a 5 due to the Hospitality the staff show, very polite and easy going if there's any hassles which I haven't had 1 in the last half dozen times I've stayed here! Super clean and beautiful rooms! The price and location aswell ? You'd be silly not to!

The room was small but serviceable fir my needs during a short stay. The biggest problem with the room was having the TV mounted directly above the "desk" area, which meant one cannot watch while sitting in the chair, and if sitting on the bed, it's an at an awkward angle. The TV could have easily been mounted at a corner on the opposite wall, which would make for much easier viewing.

Firstly, parking.
Told no parking left, so went to the Tank street parking they recommended to me. What they didn’t tell me was that the night rate for the parking there is only Mon-Fri. As I was parking there on a Sunday night, I got charged 2 hrs on a Sunday and 4+ hrs on a Monday, meaning when I picked up my car I got charged $140. Not impressed.

As for the rooms, super tiny, beds fine and clean but I was not impressed for $160 how small my room was. Not being able to open the windows was annoying. The rooms look NOTHING like the photos.

It has been over 2 weeks since my stay and the $100 pre authorisation still hasn’t been returned to my account. Which quite frankly is not on. If you do stay here bring cash for it, they do accept it.

Overall, don’t stay here. To be honest this hotel isn’t far off being a hostel. There’s plenty of other better options for the same price.
