We have found our favorite hotel. Can't complain about anything. We arrived early after disembarking from a cruise in Brisbane so we could store our luggage. We knew we couldn't check in until 3:00pm and did expect to get in early, but not long after we received an appreciated phone call from the lovely lady we spoke to at reception to say our room was ready and we were welcome to back and complete our check in. We were quickly given our room key and went to our room where our bags were already there waiting for us. The room was spotless, and view was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable we had slept in, in our whole holiday.
In the morning, we went down for breakfast, and that too was the best breakfast we'd had for our whole holiday. I am gluten intolerant and it great to be told, by another lovely lady who greeted us, that there was a gluten free section which included bread (with separate toaster), delicious muffins and cereals. All other items in the buffet were clearly marked. There was plenty to choose from.
Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer in this hotel. We will definitely be back. We can highly recommend this hotel, perfect location, great friendly staff, spotless room and the most comfortable bed.

We are grateful and thankful to the excellent customer experience having stayed at Rydges. Will, Declan and Jordan at the front desk were exceptional. So was the staff at the bar and restaurant staff. They are not only friendly and attentive but their genuine smiles demonstrate pride in their work. Our suite was clean and every corner of the room was spotless, contributing to a welcoming environment. Overall, the combination of stylish room and outstanding service makes for an unforgettable stay. We will stay here again and recommend for others to do so too!

I attended the hotel for work trip, Found the service very friendly in the bars, the downstairs ground level had really nice coffee for the morning but furniture needs an update, buffet breakfast was excellent and loved the outdoor seating, I did use the gym once it was ok but a bit dated.
Whilst there my only real complaint was one of my rooms a/c was not working or faulty and had to request it be looked at which took the day to resolve, overall the hotel was fantastic and would stay again. I would advised though the front desk does more to promote the in house facilities here as it was only due to wanting a quiet weekend in the hotel that I found the great food and services on offer otherwise I could have easily eaten and had drinks elsewhere.

Solid gym, certainly enough equipment to get a good workout in while your on holidays. Central location close to everything. Rooms are clean and classy. Good price. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

The only good thing about our stay was the rooftop bar and the bartenders having good knowledge and amazing recommendations on drinks.

We got there for 3pm check in and couldn't check in till 4. No apologies were given. Got to our room and there was rubbish in the bin. The room smelt dirty and all the food in the mini bar was expired we let someone know and nothing was done about it. Again no apologies were made.. I'm also still waiting for my security deposit back. Most likely won't be back. Not great value for money

Beautiful hotel and in a fantastic location. Close to heaps of restaurants etc, but unfortunately our night was interrupted by a constant leak and dripping onto the hard tiled floor, couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Called reception to hopefully move rooms at midnight but was provided with some additional towels to clean up and catch the drips. 🙁 Thought they may have comped our breakfast at-least but was only offered an apology and told it happens all the time.

Joined as a EVT Stays member, no one really knew our discount and even much about the program. The guy checking us in was very stoic and whilst did he job, he gave little to unfriendly service. Breakfast was average, the price you paid you'd expect something more and coffee included. the cafe downstairs is ultimately a deep fried joint, room was clean, friendly ladies cleaning the room, beds comfy, pool a joke (really looks like an after thought) - lets not get talking about the carpark, $55 I would think you have your car in 10 min not 25! Very understaffed.

Just returned from a lovely stay made all the better by the excellent service I received from Will (the orange haired British man on reception). His welcoming smile when we arrived was to behold! Nothing was too much trouble for him. What an asset to this hotel.
